That's it. It is very important to relax the body and mind and repeatedly emphasize mindfulness and guarding. Observe whether you can practice the generation stage without being separated from mindfulness and guarding. If you cannot, it is very important to alternately focus on eliminating diseases and evil spirits. Let go of the hope of wanting to generate good realization and the worry of encountering obstacles. It is impossible to have no distracting thoughts, just like water waves. Dagpo said: These thoughts that arise from oneself, firmly grasp that they are the Dharmakaya. If you experience it, you will see the essence. He said. The essence is that the nature of the thought itself is emptiness from the moment it arises. Know that emptiness is the Dharmakaya, and do not regard the distracting thoughts as faults. If you don't want to look at it, don't look at the mind, don't meditate, leave it in its ordinary state. He said, leave the mind in its own place, don't stare at it, don't need to recognize it, just relax. The distraction in the middle will not obscure it. He said, don't regret the distraction. Look at what the distracted mind is like, and look at what the nature of the undistracted mind is like. There is no difference, the nature is emptiness. If you get used to it, you will develop a definite understanding that there is no difference between distraction and non-distraction. This is called self-nature complete awareness. If you realize it, the Drukpa Kagyu people will consider that to be the time when there is no distraction. Dagpo said: There is no such thing as distraction, that is what he meant. Yesterday, I recognized the Great Seal with just one sentence, so I gained a lot. Now I still recognize it in the same way as before, even so, there will be many manifestations and obscurations. This is Ragasha's answer to his nephew's question. Sarva Mangalam (藏文,梵文天城体:सर्व मङ्गलम्,梵文罗马拟音:sarva maṅgalam,All auspiciousness!). Now is the practice plan and the guidance on calm abiding and insight meditation for those who want to practice, etc. Now it is about wanting to practice. Regarding the key points of practice, three words are explained. The method of generating realization in the mind, there is nothing deeper than Guru Yoga. The most supreme of all Guru Yogas is Padmasambhava, radiant with light, which is very wonderful. Whether in a secular home or one's own home, one should recite it three times a day.

All Dharma connections are rooted in the Lama, All faith arises from the Lama, All things converge in Orgyen (Padmasambhava), Inseparable from Padmasambhava of Oddiyana, Meditate that you and the Lama are one and inseparable. Mingle the Lama with your own mind. Sometimes visualize the Lama at the crown of your head. The first chapter of the seven chapters is completed. Orgyen dissolves into light and merges into you. Sometimes visualize the radiant Lama in front. Offer all the tsok, torma, and other offerings. Pray to generate experiences and realizations. Continuously, with the mind, look at the mind. When you look, there is no visible object. It is not that there is nothing, but anything arises. If it arises, then the one who arises is that mind. When you stare intently, it vanishes into emptiness. Nothing is remembered, and you abide for a moment. That is called abiding. Without being harmed by mountains, rocks, or water, Freely going and moving. Whether abiding or moving, what is it doing? The mind knows with awareness, it is called awareness. Abiding, moving, and awareness, these three, are the gateway to practicing Mahamudra. If you do not abandon this gateway, you will reach the city of Mahamudra. Looking at the mind with the mind, Be certain that this is the view. If you continuously engage in meditation, Then this is meditation, child of lineage. In that state, avoid evil, Performing virtuous deeds is the best conduct. When you realize your own mind as Dharmakaya, the fruit, the Buddha, is there. The first experience is like water flowing down a steep mountain. The mind is filled with thoughts, like a turbulent wind. Even if it is turbulent, it is okay, just relax. Let it go wherever it goes, but keep watch. When released, it does not leave, but returns. The second experience is like water in a valley. The mind sometimes abides, sometimes wanders. When it abides, look at the nature of abiding. When it wanders, look at the nature of wandering. Keep the observation short and frequent. The third experience is like the Ganges River. The mind arises calmly and slowly from abiding. The experience of bliss, the body and mind are about to melt. The experience of clarity, being together with clarity. The experience of emptiness, everything appears as emptiness. Do not be attached to these good and bad experiences, child of lineage. Clouds, rain, and rainbows, are all wonderful manifestations of the sky. Bliss, clarity, and non-thought, are all wonderful manifestations of the mind itself. Look at whatever arises in the uncorrected natural state. Sometimes it is unclear, confused, and murky. Even when you look, you cannot find anything to look at, and you think, "I am not meditating." Even if such a thing happens, it is okay, body and mind
