A few prayers such as the prayer of lamentation called Nawa Lamkhyer's Monologue. A few prayers such as the prayer of lamentation called Nawa Lamkhyer's Monologue. The beginning of a few prayers such as the prayer of lamentation called Nawa Lamkhyer's Monologue. In the illusory body composed of the four elements, The evil disease of smallpox makes the body unwell, the body aches and is hot, trembles and groans, The legs and feet boil like water and are numb, eating flesh, when getting up the head spins and falls, When lying down it feels like being pulled from under the bed, at that time there is a thought of falling, But even though the pain is severe, there is no fear of death. Warm and soft clothes are placed on top, A soft and thick cushion is placed underneath, whatever food is desired is placed around, Doctors and protectors are all gathered, but when the unbearable suffering Is afflicted by many sufferings, these sentient beings are truly pitiable. Although they boast of having complete happiness, just thinking of the suffering of not being born, It is like putting a healthy person naked into a pit of unclean feces, And sealing the mouth with stones, it is unbearable, the darkness is suffocating with a foul smell, It feels like piercing holes with weapons, the wind of karma turns the head downwards, It is pulled as if pulled from between the cracks, those who have the wheel of birth are truly pitiable, May all their suffering ripen on me, may my virtue Make them all unborn. Thinking of the suffering of old age, one becomes weary, the strength of the body and the color of youth decline, Like a flower carried away by frost, no one listens to words, no one listens to treatment, Like a king falling into poverty, may all their suffering ripen on me, may my virtue make them all ageless. Thinking of the suffering of sickness, one shivers, groaning and lying on the edge of the bed, Vomiting nutritious food and calling for non-nutritious water, fearing exhaustion, fearing death, fearing the doctor's displeasure, Too much protection is painful, too little is also painful, may all their suffering ripen on me, May my virtue make them all free from disease. Thinking of the suffering of death, one is terrified, The doctor predicts death and flees and hides, the sorceress predicts evil spirits and the omen of death, Protection, medicine, and rituals,

Running around and around for death. Knowing that they will die, they leave a will due to poor methods. Knowing that they need the sacred Dharma, they take it late due to procrastination. The power of the elements diminishes, and the visions of the bardo arise. The three visions of sound, light, and rays, Rise up like enemies. Staring with wide eyes, contracting the body, biting the lips with teeth. The messengers of Yama lead away involuntarily. Virtue is as thirst-quenching as water, but as rare as gold. Evil deeds follow like a shadow, even if one flees in all ten directions. Truth, falsehood, lies, and deceit have no place there. Holding pebbles, mirrors, and letters. Those with great sins face judgment, how pitiful. May all sufferings ripen on me. May my virtue make them immortal. Like pretas, they cannot be found even when searched for. Like autumn flesh, they cannot sustain life even when possessed. May all sufferings ripen on me. May my virtue bring them to a state of bliss. Some, fearing samsara, seek a path, But like wanting to climb upwards, they dig downwards. Wishing to be pure, they are like greasy threads. Entering the paths of external Bon and heretics, Futile efforts on the path, how pitiful. May all sufferings ripen on me. May my virtue lead them to the flawless path, May they enter that supreme path of Bodhi. The gods of jealousy dwell in emptiness, Fighting fiercely twice every year. Casting people into the darkness of wounds, Cutting limbs with the wheel of weapons. May all sufferings ripen on me. May my virtue fill them with loving-kindness. The six classes of desire realm gods and the seventeen of the form realm, May they enjoy happiness for a long time. Unpleasant sounds echo from the wish-fulfilling tree. Silk clothes are torn, and flower garlands wither. Sweat flows from both armpits, emitting a foul odor. All gods and goddesses abandon them from afar. Experiencing suffering for countless years. Clearly seeing the future rebirth in the lower realms. May all sufferings ripen on me. May my virtue bring them to a state of bliss. The gods of the four formless realms are without form, Even for a hundred eons, they lack the fortune to practice the sacred Dharma. Endless bad karma, how pitiful. May all karmic results ripen on me. May my virtue enable them to practice the Dharma. In a dark world where one cannot see an outstretched hand,
