To Shakya Bhikshu Sherab: Because there are not many papers, An old man speaks whatever he remembers, Ink and pen waste paper to write. However, it is beneficial if kept in mind. Namo Guru Deva Dakini Hum (ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་དེ་ཝ་ཌཱཀི་ནཱི་ཧཱུྃ,namo guru deva ḍākinī hūṃ,敬礼 गुरु देव डाकिनी हूँ,namo guru deva ḍākinī hūṃ,Homage to the Guru, Deva, Dakini, Hum). The three of Guru, Yidam, and Dakini, The three of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, Gathered in one, taking the form of a human, The precious lord of Dharma. I pray, please hold us with compassion. Me and my followers, Raising high or lowering, you know yourself. Monk Padma Prajna, Said he needed oral instruction letters, Therefore, I speak a little in easy-to-understand words. It is difficult to obtain a leisure and endowment human body, Difficult or not difficult, look at the number of, Insects in summer and it will be clear. A hundred years of human life, In this one lifetime, If you don't take the essence this time, You will return empty-handed from the precious island. If you don't know how to take the essence, If you can keep the vows purely, Then you have taken the essence of the human body. If you see the body of a beautiful woman, You abandon the vows, Like being attached to the radiance of a lamp, It's like an old man jumping into the flame. Don't burn yourself, Keep the vows, son of good family. A vow-holder, even if he dies, is not dead, A human body and a divine body are enough with instructions. A vow-breaker is more finished than death, For hundreds of thousands of kalpas, There is no avoiding taking a bad body, Don't forget to be afraid of that. Even if the appearance is beautiful and perfect, Wearing fine silk clothes, Wearing good gold and silver ornaments, In the eyes of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, gods, and demons, There is no beauty. The person with pure vows, Even if the appearance is dirty, the clothes are ragged, and there are no ornaments, Is beautiful in the eyes of gods, demons, and humans. Even the Naga demons and black poisonous snakes, Do not harm the one with pure vows. Even if you don't work hard and strive, Food and clothing naturally come to the vow-holder. Even if he is the son of an evil butcher, The vow-holder is respected by gods, demons, and humans. The Dharma that makes this life happy and the next life happy, The discipline instructions.

Oh, son of noble lineage! Adorned with the ornaments of discipline and shame, this is the essential instruction for mastering the Dharma. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas constantly observe with their omniscient eyes. Dakinis, Dharma protectors, and local deities carefully watch and listen. Feel fear and awe towards them, and maintain shame and mindfulness in your heart regarding the ridicule of men and women who are inferior to you. The practice of Dharma, known as "precious human rebirth," encompasses all of this. This human body, difficult to obtain, is like a clay pot, which will break at any moment. Just as a clay pot cannot avoid breaking, and a human body cannot avoid death, it is also uncertain when death will occur. Only a few die of old age. Which will come first, tomorrow or the day after? Which of the two months, the one before or the one after, will come first? It is impossible to know for sure. Therefore, diligently engage in whatever virtuous deeds you know, without laziness. Learn qualities from the Lama, and then think of retreating to a solitary mountain hermitage to practice virtue, but you do not know how long your lifespan will be. Like a fine horse eating its feed, do not postpone the three actions of chewing, swallowing, and digesting. Learning qualities, practicing virtue, and cultivating the mind are the three things that should not be postponed; it is most important to do them all at once. If your intention and Bodhicitta are pure, then most non-Dharma activities will transform into Dharma. If your intention is impure, then even Dharma will turn into non-Dharma. Fetching water, extinguishing fires, carrying wood, and so on, are the chores of the Sangha and the Lama. If you think that you are happy because you have purified obscurations, then circumambulating stupas, sacred sites, and mountains is no different. Small groups are like old donkeys at the end of an eon, and old yaks carrying provisions for practice. Many footprints have become relics. Not doing or saying anything only increases suffering. If your intention is impure, then a servant has little understanding of the Lama's meaning. Learning bits of qualities, hearing, contemplating, and meditating are the foundation of the Buddha's teachings and the essence of practice. If you think that you have purified obscurations and accumulated merit, and that this is the ultimate culmination, then holding onto or writing down even a single word will bring immeasurable merit. Scattered offerings are the public's rations, obtained from them. If you gain qualities and then think of eating the offerings of the faithful in your later years, holding rituals and raising dogs are no different; this is also a true saying. Even without the connection of empowerment and transmission, the Lama you rely on is called the teacher of the place.
