Please extend a long hand of compassion to this. May the Lamas and Jewels know how to uproot samsara from its depths! This precious human body, superior to the gods.

Even thinking and meditating become tools for this life. Though white hair grows, one still wants to stay for eons. Please look upon someone like me, who is stubborn and clings to permanence. You, the small meditator, reside in my heart. Bless me to achieve without regret even in death. The sacred Dharma of cause and effect is just talk. Practicing abandoning evil and doing good is just doing it year after year. Subtle faults and transgressions are just side matters in speech and action. Please look upon someone like me, a stubborn Dharma talker. May the Powerful One, you, come into my heart. Bless me to distinguish the subtle differences of cause and effect. Even hearing of the suffering of the six realms is like water off a duck's back. Even seeing birth, aging, sickness, and death, fear does not arise. The three meanings of cause and fruit are like blood in the heart. Not being content is like an empty mind. Giving to the Three Jewels is just going with the flow. The crucial point of having no essence is ignorance. Please look upon someone like me, a black person wearing yellow robes. Jetsun Milarepa, you reside in my heart. Bless me to let go of this life from the depths of my mind. Even hearing the history of benefits and virtues is just guessing and talking. Even if blessings and accomplishments seem to occur, one boasts of oneself. Even reciting texts is like paying taxes to the public. Even helping outsiders is like being an unpaid servant. Merit and benefits are not pleasing to the mind. Even cutting hair and changing clothes, what is enough for life? Please look upon someone like me, whose mind has not turned to Dharma. Naropa, great scholar, you reside in my heart. Bless me to see Dharma as Dharma. Faith, respect, and shame decrease and disappear. One does not see qualities but fears faults. Even obtaining profound instructions is like splashing water behind a cliff. Experience and realization are like dust clouds when moving. One has wrong views of the lama and misunderstands the instructions. Please look with compassion upon someone like me, a miserable Dharma practitioner. Dharmakaya Taklung Thangpa, you reside in my heart. Bless me to generate a single moment of experience with the power of burning devotion. Not knowing the basis of training and the method of training, one wastes time on the generation stage and meditation. Mandala rituals and Abhisheka rituals are just oral recitations. The deity's samadhi is just a slight imagination in the mind. Mantra recitation is without time or schedule. Towards enemies and demons, one makes "za za" and "ngam ngam" sounds. In dreams
