Adorned with the eight charnel ground garments, with two feet pressing down the four maras on the lotus, meditate on standing tall in the midst of a blazing fire. This is applicable to all the seven-limbed (practices). The supplication of the seven-limbed practice is: Six were hidden in the rocks of Mangyul (Mangyul, place name), seven were hidden in the main temple of Lakjang (Lakjang, place name). The treasure-guarding goddess rides a mule, protected by the four sister goddesses of Bese. Although Richung Sangpo Pal (person's name) extracted it from the treasure, he could not subdue it. It was offered to the one with the rolling yellow scroll, and through him it was subdued, and the benefit of beings increased. Regarding the practice methods of the seven-limbed practice, even if it arises from other treasures, it does not increase much, and it is rare to see or hear. This is a visualization sequence and oral instruction that is in accordance with the words of our own government. Meditate and practice in this way. A thi! Above one's own crown, there are white, red, and blue lotuses. On the white lotus is the emanation body Padmasambhava, wearing a lotus hat, Dharma robes, and a silk cloak. Complete with the fully developed marks and signs, the complete attire of an emanation body. Above that, on the red lotus, is the lama, the enjoyment body Amitayus, red, in meditative equipoise, holding a long-life vase, embracing his consort, adorned with silk and precious jewels, the attire of an enjoyment body. On the top of that, on the blue lotus, is the lama, the Dharma body Guhyasamaja Vajradhara, dark blue, with three eyes, holding a vajra and bell, the five families adorn his head, wearing the six bone ornaments, the consort Yeshe Tsogyal embraces him holding a curved knife and skull cup. Around the emanation body, on the six petals of the lotus, are Namkhai Nyingpo, Trisong Detsen (king's name, reigned 742-798), and Tsogyal Nanam Dorje Dudjom, and Mutri Tsenpo Rigdzin Godemchen, all six of them created with their respective adornments and attire. From the three places of the main figure and retinue, from the three seed syllables, light radiates, from Akanishta, Great Bliss (Mahasukha), and the Rakshasa realm, invite the three bodies of the lama and the retinue to dissolve into oneself. Emaho! From "Beyond elaboration, the realm of Dharma," and so on, supplicate "Padma Siddhi Hum" (藏文:པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:पद्म सिद्धि हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:padma siddhi hūṃ,莲花成就 吽). From the white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,圆满) at the forehead of the three kayas of the lama, light radiates, a bindu marked with the white Om, radiating and dissolving into one's own forehead, thereby purifying the obscurations of the body, receiving the blessings of the body. From the red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,生起) at the throat of the three kayas of the lama, red light radiates, a bindu marked with the red Ah, radiating and dissolving into one's own throat, thereby purifying the obscurations of speech, receiving the blessings of speech. From the blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,不动) at the heart of the three kayas of the lama, a bindu marked with the blue Hum,
