མ་རྫས་འདིབཞེས་ལ། །ལོ་ཟླ་ཞག་གི་སྐག་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཟློག །གཟུ་དང་དཔང་པོ་དམ་པ་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །བཅོལ་བའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་མྱུར་དུ་འགྲུབ་པར་མཛོད། །ཅེས་དཀར་གཏོར་གསེར་སྐྱེམས་མཆོད། དེ་ནས་གཞི་ནག་པོའི་ཐོག་འབྲུ་ནག་དམར་གཏོར་དང་བཅས་པ་བྲན། ཞེས་སོགས་བཀའ་བརྒྱད་གཞུང་དུ་ཡོད་ལྟར་གཟུ་དཔང་གསེར་སྐྱེམས་བཅོལ་གཏད་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་གཏོར་མ་ནག་པོ་དེ་བྲན་ལ། ཧཱུྃ། བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ལ་གནོད་པ་ཡི། །ཆགས་ཆེ་ཉམ་ང་ཐམས་ ཅད་བཟློག་ཏུ་གསོལ། །ཡས་ཀྱི་བདུད་གཡོས་མས་ཀྱི་སྲི་ལངས་ཟློག །བདུད་བཙན་གཤིན་རྗེ་དྲི་ཟའི་ཕོ་ཉས་ཟློག །མ་བདུད་ཐེའུ་རང་དམུ་ཡི་ཕོ་ཉ་ཟློག །ལྷག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡ་བདུད་ཕོ་ཉས་ཟློག །མ་ཚང་བ་རྣམས་མ་བདུད་ཕོ་ཉས་ཟློག །མོན་དང་རྒྱུ་ལུག་ཐམས་ཅད་བཟློག་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཧོ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ་ལོ། །ས་རིམ་པ་དགུའི་འོག་རོལ་ནས། མཐའ་མེད་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ནང་ཤེད་ནས། གཤིན་རྗེ་ཡ་མ་རཱ་ཙ། ལས་གཤིན་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུ། ལས་ཀྱི་གཤིན་རྗེ་བྷ་ཝ་སྭ་ཏ། སྤྲུལ་པ་ཉི་ཁྲི་གཅིག་སྟོང་། ཡང་སྤྲུལ་ལས་མཁན་ཕོ་ཉ་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གནམ་ས་ཙམ་གྱི་ཞལ་ཕྱེས། གངས་རི་ཙམ་གྱི་མཆེ་བ་གཙིགས། བར་སྣང་ཙམ་གྱི་ལྗགས་རྐྱངས་ལ། སྟོང་གསུམ་ཙམ་མིད་པ་རུ༔ བསྟན་པ་བཤིགས་པའི་དགྲ་བགེགས་འབྱུང་པོ་རྣམས། ཐན་ལྟས་རྨི་ལམ་མོ་ངན་པ་བཞེས་ཤིག །དགྲ་གྱོད་ཇག་རྐུན་གནོད་པ་བཞེས་ཤིག །ནད་བདག་ཡམས་བདག་རིམས་ཀྱི་བདག་པོ་བདག་མོ་བཞེས་ཤིག །ཟ་འདྲེ་འགོང་པོ་དབུལ་སྲི་བཞེས་ཤིག །སྟེང་འོག་བར་གསུམ་གྱི་ལྷ་ཀླུ་གཉན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དྲང་ཤན་ཕྱེས་ཤིག །ཐན་ཐག་འདི་ ཟོར་བས་བྲེག་ཅིག །ཐན་ཕུར་འདི་ཐོ་བས་ཕུད་ཅིག །ཐན་སྒབ་འདི་སྟ་རེས་ཆོད་ཅིག །ཐན་ལྟས་འདི་དགྲ་ལ་སྒྱུར་ཅིག །ལྟས་ངན་འདི་བགེགས་ལ་སྒྱུར་ཅིག །ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་འདི་དགྲ་བོ་དམ་ཉམས་བསྟན་དགྲ་རྣམས་ལ་སྒྱུར་ཅིག །བཟློག་ཅིག །ཨོཾ་ལཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ལཾ་སུཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནན། བཟློག་ཅིག་སྒྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་དམོད་བཅོལ་གང་དྲན་དང་བཅས་ལ་ཐན་ཐག་ཟོར་བས་དུམ་བུ་དགུ་བཅད་ལ་དོང་ནང་དུ་ཐན་དང་མཉམ་དུ་མནན་ལ། འགུགས་གཞུག་ལན་གསུམ་བྱ། དེ་ནས་བཅའ་ཐི་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་གང་འོས་འདོན་ལ་མནན་ནོ། །དེ་སྟེང་བཅའ་ཐི་ནག་པོ་གྲུ་གསུམ་ལྟ་བུ་བརྩེགས། །དམ་ཉམས་ཐན་ཐན་བདག་དང་བཅས་པ་ལས་གཤིན་ཞལ་དུ་འཕང་བར་བསམ། ཞེས་རྟ་བྲོ་དང་བྱ་ཁྱུང་གིས་རྗེས་བཅད་པར་བསམས་ལ་མི་དམིགས་པའི་ངང་ལ་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་བཞག་གོ། །ཞེས་པ་འདི་ཡང་སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨས་མཛད་པའི་བཅའ་ཐི་དང་། ཕྱག་རྡོར་གྱི་ལས་མཐའ་བཅའ་ཐི་དང་། རྒྱ་ནག་དུ་ཧར་ནག་པོས་མཛད་པའི་ས་འབེབས་ནང་མནན་པ་ལ་གཞི་བྱས་ནས་སྔགས་ཆུང་གསར་བུ་འགའ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་༧ རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱས་སྨྲས་པ་ལྟར། པདྨ་ཐབས་མཁས་ཞེས་པའི་ཡི་གེར་བཀོད། །ཉེས་འགལ་མཆིས་ན་ལྷ་དང་སྲུང་མར་བཤགས། །དགེ་བས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་ཕན་ཐོགས་དང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པར་ཤོག །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལམ།། །། ཐན་པ་འབེབས་པ་རལ་གྲི་གོམ་གཅོད།

Please partake of these substances! Avert all obstacles of years, months, and days! I beseech you to act as impartial and sacred witnesses! Please swiftly accomplish the entrusted tasks! Thus, offer white torma and golden libation. Then, scatter black grains and red torma upon the black base. As it is in the Kagyé texts, perform impartial witnessing, golden libation, and entrustment. Then, scatter the black torma, reciting: Hūṃ! I beseech you to avert all that harms us, including strong attachments and fears! Avert the upper demonic influences and the lower corpse influences! Avert the messengers of demons, fierce spirits, Yama, and gandharvas! Avert the mother demons, Te'urang, and the messengers of the mu! Avert all remaining ya demon messengers! Avert all incomplete mother demon messengers! May all Mön and Gyuluk be averted! Hō, please heed! From beneath the nine layers of the earth, from the depths of the boundless ocean, Yama, the King of Dharma, the three hundred and sixty karmic Yamas, the karmic Yama Bhava Svata, the twenty-one thousand emanations, and the emanation messengers, please open your mouths as vast as the sky and earth, bare your fangs as sharp as snow mountains, extend your tongues as long as the sky, and swallow the three thousand worlds into your throats! Devour those enemies and obstructors who destroy the Dharma! Devour droughts, omens, nightmares, and inauspicious signs! Devour enemies, disputes, thieves, and harms! Devour the lords of disease, the lords of epidemics, and the male and female masters of illness! Devour flesh-eating demons, goblins, and the spirits of poverty! May the gods, nāgas, and fierce spirits of the upper, middle, and lower realms administer justice! Cut this drought rope with a sword! Pull out this drought peg with a hammer! Split this drought stone with an axe! Transfer this drought omen to the enemy! Transfer this bad omen to the obstructors! Transfer these curses to the enemies, oath-breakers, and enemies of the Dharma! Avert! Oṃ laṃ hūṃ laṃ sum bha ya nan. Avert, transfer! Thus, reciting curses and entrustments, cut the drought rope into nine pieces with a sword, bury it in the hole along with the drought objects, and perform three cycles of summoning and reversing. Then, recite the appropriate Chati Mahabala, etc., and suppress it. On top of that, stack black triangular Chati. Visualize casting the oath-breakers and the lords of drought into the mouth of Yama. Visualize chasing after them with horse dances and garudas, and remain in a state of non-objectification for a long time.

If there are any faults or transgressions, I confess to the gods and protectors. May all sentient beings be benefited by the virtue, and may the Buddha's teachings flourish and spread. Sarva Mangalam (सर्व मङ्गलम्, sarva maṅgalam, All auspiciousness). To subdue drought and hail, the sword cuts the step.
