应如回向发愿仪轨之时进行。如果一次不成，就重复两次三次。像这样，如果触及到极大的恶业者、破戒者，现在会受到各种不善的折磨，死后立即会堕入名为金刚座的地狱，那是十八地狱合一的痛苦，要到此贤劫的千佛事业圆满，再次出现现在的释迦牟尼佛时才能解脱，经续中都这样明确说明。据说，如果对没有誓言的普通人做这种诛杀之事，不到一年就会死亡。因此，大部分秘诀都如另外阐明的那样。像这样写是不合适的，如同狮子被虫子杀死一样，佛法被穿着黄色僧衣的人破坏。因此，为了利益佛法，写下了诛杀破戒者的方便法门。向天神和护法忏悔罪过，愿以善根使佛法兴盛！ཨྠྀི༔（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！康区上部囊谦（囊谦县）昂冈工艺文化显密法增寺古籍修复室整理出版。为了对作为赡洲大依怙的教法住处之寺院，以及持有宗派的具戒者们进行教诲，而作此总持教法的口诀。

It should be done as in the case of the dedication and aspiration rituals. If it is not accomplished once, repeat it two or three times. Like this, if it affects those with great evil deeds, those who have broken their vows, they will now be tormented by various evils, and immediately after death, they will fall into a hell called Vajrasana, which is the suffering of the eighteen hells combined, and they will not be liberated until the thousand Buddhas of this fortunate eon have completed their deeds and the present Shakyamuni Buddha appears again, as is clearly stated in the tantras. It is said that if this act of killing is done to ordinary people without vows, they will die within a year. Therefore, most of the secret instructions are as explained separately. It is not appropriate to write like this, just as a lion is killed by an insect, the Dharma is destroyed by those wearing yellow robes. Therefore, for the benefit of the Dharma, I have written down the means of subduing those who have broken their vows.
