关于安立转世灵童的口诀 关于安立转世灵童的口诀 关于安立转世灵童的口诀。ཨྠྀི༔ 顶礼上师本尊空行母！ 恭敬顶礼三根本之后，撰写安立转世灵童的口诀。祈请护法神赐予开许。女子十二岁至五十岁之间，因月经流出而有生育的说法。每月一次月经来潮，其征象为身体虚弱，面容憔悴，乳房胀痛，声音颤抖，眼神游移，有贪求男子的迹象。血液颜色呈黑色凝块状，是脾脏的血。此时不宜行房，即使行房也不会怀孕。青蓝色是肠道的血，不宜行房。紫黑色是肝脏的血，不宜行房。灰白色带泡沫的是肺部的血。这些都是污浊的血，不会怀孕。如果怀孕，也会生下哑巴或女儿。因此，在恶血未尽之前不宜行房。之后是清澈的精血，是心脏的血。明亮如火焰的颜色，红而清澈。此时行房，会怀孕并生下聪明的孩子。初一、初三、初五、初七、初九，以及十一、十三、十五、十七，还有十六、二十一、二十三、二十五，以及二十七、二十九，这些日子会生男孩。初二、初四、初八、初十、十二、十四，以及十六、十八、二十、二十二，以及二十六、二十八、三十，这些日子会生女孩。男性的阳脉在右边，女性的阳脉在左边。因此，男性的右边和女性的左边这两个，向上抬起后行房，会生女孩。仰卧等姿势则不一定。父亲的精液多则生男孩，母亲的月经多则生女孩。因此，父亲不应与其他女子行房，为了使父亲的精液增多。食用雪蛙肉、钟喜鸟肉、麻雀肉，或服用混合制成的药丸，经常服用，或食用肉、酒等营养丰富的食物，以滋养身体。月经初潮后四天，用干净的温水清洗女子身体，念诵四百遍咒语的清水，每次念诵一捧水。然后给那个女子喝下。晚上睡觉前，在女子的腹部，念诵这些咒语一百遍或二十八遍。嗡 达 匝 阿 索 纳 耶 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ད་ཙ་ཨ་སོ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ da tsa a so na ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，达，匝，阿，索，纳，耶，梭哈。）在腹部的东面

After respectfully prostrating to the Three Roots, I will write the instructions on establishing a reincarnated lineage. May the Dharma protectors grant their permission. It is said that women between the ages of twelve and fifty can conceive due to menstruation. Menstruation occurs once a month, and the signs include physical weakness, a pale complexion, swollen breasts, a trembling voice, wandering eyes, and a desire for men. Blood that is black and clotted is blood from the spleen. It is not appropriate to engage in sexual activity at this time, even if you do, conception will not occur. Blue-gray blood is blood from the intestines and should not be used. Dark purple blood is blood from the liver and should not be used. Pale, frothy blood is blood from the lungs. All of these are impure bloods and will not lead to conception. If conception does occur, the child will be mute or a daughter. Therefore, it is not appropriate to engage in sexual activity until the impure blood has ceased. After that comes the clear essence, the blood of the heart. It is bright like the color of fire, red and clear. Engaging in sexual activity at this time will lead to conception and the birth of an intelligent child. The first, third, fifth, seventh, and ninth days, as well as the eleventh, thirteenth, fifteenth, and seventeenth, and the sixteenth, twenty-first, twenty-third, and twenty-fifth, and the twenty-seventh and twenty-ninth, are days when boys will be born. Four days after the first menstruation, wash the woman's body with clean, warm water, and recite the mantra four hundred times for each handful of water. Then give that woman to drink.
