Pacify fear and dread. May the compassionate ones gather clouds of compassion. May the four great kings pull the cloud ropes in the four directions. May the eight great gods not break the cloud ropes. May the eight great nagas quickly gather the clouds. May the hosts of earth-lords and steadfast mothers raise mist. May the local deities wave the banners of clouds. May the gods and nagas, the eight classes, raise the canopies of clouds. We offer food, Mount Meru, and drink, the ocean. May the fierce and cruel gods and demons, hail spirits, be pacified! Gathering the clouds of the five elements, may you stabilize the sky of this land. May the sky be covered with blessed rain. By the compassion of the infallible Three Jewels, and by the blessings of the bodhisattvas of this place, at night, may great heat blaze on the earth, may the ocean boil and steam rise, and may all the mists turn into dewdrops of water. May the sky be filled with mist and rain, and at night, may a great tent of clouds be raised in the sky. May the land be filled with turquoise, gold, and amulets. May it become the body, speech, and mind of the protectors of the three families. Grant good harvests, increased grain, continuous rain, and true accomplishments. Thus, with this incense offering and year-offering, may it be like the offering clouds of Samantabhadra to all the gods and demons of existence. May inexhaustible enjoyment fill the sky.
