冰雹防护窍诀要义 冰雹防护窍诀要义 那摩咕噜阿札耶。顶礼上师猛厉身！为利有情故，书写冰雹防护诀。祈请护法神，赐予开许令。首先当守护誓言：冰雹防护咒师之守护，以及村落之誓言二者有。村落之誓言在于食物。冰雹防护咒师之守护是：清净之精华供养护法神，以及于时节供养地方神。恒常禁忌谎言与誓言，誓言不做证人也。不杀猎物不食肉，头上不涂油，冰雹息灭时，不杀护法神。石板上揉捏之食物不可食，石板不可戴在头上，念珠不与他人手相传。水与嫩苗不毁坏，冰雹咒语不让他人知晓，不争斗吵架。守护口舌争端，尤其对有污点、破誓者，禁忌口舌尤为重要。冰雹防护后未收回前，不传授他人诀窍。龙树、杜鹃之木不生火，不穿有污点之衣。不食牛与羯磨之肉，冰雹咒语不争辩。不供养星宿与树木神鬼，冰雹咒语时禁语。冰雹咒语不与人手相传，或者重新加持之。村落之守护如此守护：不砍伐亲属地所生之树，水眼嫩草不毁坏。不杀鱼、蛙、蛇。亲属地之树与龙树之木，不可用来生火。不杀猎物、水獭、海獭，高山神地不耕种、不放牧。冰雹咒语时，咒师处，不放狗与女人进入。不轻蔑冰雹咒师，冰雹咒师面前，不驱赶牛羊。冰雹咒语时，咒师之，面容不让他人看。若不能守持彼等誓言，则称之为衰损之打击，说冰雹难以防护。之后冰雹之七个时辰里，若出现七种征兆，则冰雹将至。初四早上，若出现黄色黑色的云，冰雹将至并压住云头。初八出现如鸽子颈部之云，十一出现如羊圈门之云，十五出现如李子般黑色的灰尘散落天空。

For the benefit of beings, I write the essential instructions for hail protection. May the Dharma protectors grant their permission. First, what needs to be protected are the vows: The vows of the hail-protecting mantra practitioner, and the village vows, these two exist. The village vows pertain to food. The vows of the hail-protecting mantra practitioner are: To offer the pure essence to the Dharma protectors, and to make offerings to the local deities at the appropriate times. Always abstain from lies and oaths, and do not act as a witness for oaths. Do not kill wild animals and do not eat meat. Do not apply oil to the head, and during hail pacification, do not kill the protectors. Food kneaded on a slate is not to be eaten, and a slate is not to be worn on the head. Rosaries are not to be passed from hand to hand. Do not destroy water and young sprouts. The hail protection mantra is not to be made known to others, and do not engage in fights or quarrels. Protect against verbal disputes, and especially be cautious of verbal exchanges with those who are defiled or have broken their vows. Before the hail has been protected and withdrawn, do not transmit the instructions to others. Do not make fire with dragon trees or juniper wood, and do not wear stained clothes. Do not eat the meat of oxen or castrated goats, and do not engage in debates about hail mantras. Do not propitiate planets, trees, gods, or demons, and during the hail protection mantra, maintain silence. Do not pass the hail protection mantra from hand to hand, or else it should be reconsecrated. The village vows should be protected as follows: Do not cut down trees that grow on the land of relatives, and do not destroy water sources or young grass. Do not kill fish, frogs, or snakes. The trees on the land of relatives and the dragon trees should not be used to make fire. Do not kill wild animals, otters, or sea otters, and do not cultivate or graze on sacred mountain lands. During the hail protection mantra, do not allow dogs or women to enter the presence of the mantra practitioner. Do not despise the hail protection mantra practitioner, and in front of the hail protection mantra practitioner, do not drive away cattle or sheep. During the hail protection mantra, do not allow others to look at the face of the mantra practitioner. If you cannot keep these vows, it is said to be a blow of decline, and it is said that hail is difficult to protect against. Then, during the seven times of hail, if seven signs appear, hail will come. On the morning of the fourth day of the month, if black and yellow clouds appear, hail will come and press down on the cloud tops. On the eighth day, clouds resembling the neck of a pigeon appear. On the eleventh, clouds resembling the door of a sheep pen appear. On the fifteenth, black plum-like ash scatters across the sky.

Like eighteen horse tails standing upright, like twenty-two red clouds resembling sentient beings, like twenty-nine clouds as large as smoke. When these appear, seasonal hail will come. Knowing when it will come, one should prepare. Furthermore, observe clouds out of season: like a peacock's neck, like stacked conches, if clouds appear, it is desired that hail will come. If it is blue-green, like a blue dragon, it foretells a future encounter. If white clouds appear, like a Rakshasa woman remembering, it is a sign that hail will come at noon that day.
