ང་གནང་། དངོས་གྲུབ་ཡིན་གསུངས། ལྷ་མོའི་གསོལ་མཆོད་དགོས་པ་ཡིན་གསུངས། དེ་ཕྱིར་རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱས་སྦྱར་བའོ། །ཉེས་འགལ་མཆིས་ན་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྤྱན་ལྡན་རྣམས་ལ་བཤགས་ཤིང་། དགེ་བས་འབྲེལ་ཐོགས་བར་ཆད་རྐྱེན་ཞི་ནས། བདེ་བ་ཅན་ གྱི་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །དགེའོ། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག ། ༧ ཁམས་སྟོད་ནང་ཆེན་འབང་སྒང་བཟོ་རིག་གནས་མདོ་གསང་སྔགས་ཆོས་འཕེལ་གླིང་དཔེ་རྙིང་ཉམས་གསོ་ཁང་གིས་བསྒྲིགས་ཏེ་པར་བསྐྲུན་ཞུས།། དཔལ་ཆེན་མོ་ཀུན་འདུས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུན་གཏོར་དང་གསོལ་མཆོད་གཅིག་ཏུ་དྲིལ་བ།

我赐予，说是成就。说是需要供养天女。因此由罗睺阿悉耶所著。若有错误违犯，向具智慧眼者忏悔。愿以善根，令关联、阻碍、违缘平息，往生极乐净土。善哉！萨尔瓦芒嘎拉姆！（梵文：Sarva Maṅgalam，一切吉祥！）。吉祥如意！第七，康区上部囊谦（囊谦县）昂冈工巧文化显密正法增上洲古籍修复室整理出版。 大吉祥母总集之常施食与供赞合一。

I grant, it is said to be accomplishment. It is said that offering to the goddess is needed. Therefore, it was composed by Rahu Asye. If there are errors and transgressions, I confess to those with wisdom eyes. May the connections, obstacles, and adverse conditions be pacified by virtue, and may I be reborn in the Sukhavati Pure Land. Good! Sarva Mangalam! (梵文：Sarva Maṅgalam，all auspicious!).
