以行利他事。愿善行使众生证得般若波罗蜜多母。此为自身修持之目的，参考了以前的噶当派古籍、汉文典籍两部、司 পূর্বে ཆོས་གྲགས་、勇猛者造像鬘、衮却央、以及杰旺秋多杰所著的一切，在第六世尊者所著的补遗中，于噶玛阿惹嘎（寺院名）上旬月十三日早晨之时圆满写成。此中有记录山法中的寿命招财，赐予莲花方便者，赐予囊谦阿尼奥等诸多内容，因此对于改动等，应特别守护，寿命修法、火供等事业，应以智慧衡量所需。愿善妙带来吉祥安乐、寿命与福德力。如上弦月般增长，与佛法相合。无碍究竟，愿圣母成就。善哉！工艺文化显密法轮洲古籍修复室整理出版。 第六世尊者所赐予的白度母简略合修法的目录。

May it accomplish the benefit of beings. Through virtue, may all beings accomplish the Mother Prajnaparamita. This, for the purpose of one's own practice, consulting the old Kadampa texts of the past, two Chinese texts, Kyensenga Chodrak, Pao Tsuklak Trengwa, Konchok Yang, and all that was composed by Je Wangchuk Dorje, in the supplement composed by the Sixth Je, it was completed and written in the morning of the thirteenth day of the upper half of the month at Karma Arag (monastery name). In this, there are records of life-force and wealth retrieval from the Mountain Dharma, given to Padma Thabke, given to Nangchen Anyok, and many others, therefore, regarding alterations etc., one should especially protect, and for life-accomplishment practices, fire offerings, and other activities, one should judge what is needed with wisdom. May virtue bring auspiciousness, well-being, life, and the power of merit. May it increase like the waxing moon, and be in accordance with the Dharma. Without obstacles, may it be ultimately accomplished, may the Holy Mother herself be accomplished. Good!
