我将自己供养于您，请您纳我为弟子，也请允许我分享您的部分成就。重复三次。如此这般，从获得灌顶而产生的善根，以及自他遍布虚空的一切众生于三时所积累的所有善根，所有这些不执著于二边，完全回向于伟大的菩提，请一起诵念。以此功德愿速成，证得一切遍知果，摧毁一切过患之怨敌，从生老病死的波涛汹涌的轮回之海中，救度一切众生。回向发愿和后行仪轨，供养食子，供养赞颂，忏悔祈请等，应根据情况进行。如此这般，应如是进行极简略的长寿灌顶，这是应门哲·格勒嘉措的请求，由希·达弥悉地玛所著。吉祥！善哉！善哉！由第七世工艺文化显密法增洲古籍修复室整理出版。

I offer myself to you, please accept me as your disciple, and please allow me to share in your accomplishments. Repeat three times. Thus, may all the merit arising from receiving this empowerment, and all the roots of virtue accumulated in the three times by all sentient beings, self and others, pervading the extent of space, all of these, without dwelling on either extreme, be completely dedicated to great Bodhi, please recite together. By this merit, may all quickly attain the state of omniscience, having defeated all enemies of faults, may (we) liberate all beings from the ocean of existence, turbulent with the waves of birth, old age, sickness, and death. Dedication and aspiration, and subsequent rituals, offering of torma, offerings and praises, confession and supplication, etc., should be performed according to circumstances. Thus, this very concise longevity empowerment should be performed as requested by Mennyen Gelek Gyatso, written by Shri Dhami Siddhimma. Auspicious! Good! Good!
