In order to purify the mindstream, through taking refuge in the Three Jewels and generating the supreme Bodhicitta, please repeat this. I take refuge in the Three Jewels, I confess all sins and non-virtues individually, I rejoice in the virtues of beings, I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in my mind. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Supreme Assembly, Until enlightenment. In order to accomplish the benefit of self and others, I generate the Bodhicitta. Having generated the supreme Bodhicitta, I will invite all sentient beings as guests, I will practice the supreme and desirable Bodhisattva conduct, May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. The essence of earth, water, fire, and wind, such as decline and being robbed. The essence of life, merit, and wealth of sentient beings in the ten directions. All the great accomplishments of the blessings of body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are gathered. Entered into the vase in the hands of the Bhagavan Protector Amitayus. Boiling and dripping into nectar. Flowing down from the crown of the head. Filling the inside of the body, generate the faith that life is equal to the sun and moon. Place the longevity torma on the head. Pray that the three root deities, especially the Bhagavan Protector Amitayus, bless these vajra disciples and grant the accomplishment of immortal life. Recite the dharani mantra. In order to bestow the empowerment of speech longevity wine, by drinking this nectar that arises from Amitayus transforming into light, visualize that the four places of the body and all the veins are filled with the nectar of immortal life. Recite the root mantra, drink the longevity wine. In order to bestow the empowerment of mind longevity pill, visualize that a second Amitayus arises from the front and dissolves into your own heart. Recite the root mantra, give the longevity pill. The Bhagavan Amitayus transforms into light and dissolves into you, becoming inseparable. If hundreds of empowerments are needed, it is also fine to recite only that verse such as "mind life light" above. May life be like the unchanging Yungdrung (Tibetan: གཡུང་དྲུང་, Sanskrit: svastika, Romanized Sanskrit: svastika, Literal Chinese meaning: auspicious). May life be like the indestructible vajra. May life be like the unfailing victory banner. May life be like the continuous flow of a river. Recite the auspicious verses.
