供养五种受用和五种妙欲， 吉祥八宝和七珍宝， 十六供养天女等， 愿三时中无间断地出现。 依此愿诸佛的教法， 在所有无量世界中， 获得利养和恭敬而兴盛。 愿住持教法的圣者们， 无论在何处，居住于何处，利益于何处， 所有这些都长久住世， 利生事业遍布四方。 如是将所有善根汇集， 回向给父母、师长、施主和， 以与我有关联的一切为首的， 六道一切众生。 愿脱离恶趣轮回的一切痛苦， 迅速获得无上菩提。 如是将所有这些善根汇集， 愿在我相续中当下刹那， 成熟并显现其果。 愿十六种疾病、邪魔、恐惧全部平息， 寿命和福德、证悟增长。 愿成就菩提没有障碍， 寿命和修行达到究竟。 愿我的种姓、法脉所有， 乃至密咒教法住世之间， 如恒河之流般增长广大， 具足贤善僧的功德， 竖立不衰的教法胜幢。 愿此地和广阔的国土中， 没有瘟疫、饥荒、争斗， 风调雨顺，安乐圆满。 我于何时临终之际， 没有毒药、兵器、恶念产生， 没有要害、痛苦、贪恋。 愿忆念清晰，认识溶解次第， 临终光明母子相会。 愿于光明中随心所欲安住， 于此没有中断等障碍。 之后关闭轮回八门， 以正知从梵穴中迁识。 之后认识第二个光明， 愿于彼性中随心所欲安住。 之后观想本尊大悲尊之身， 以修持愿中阴意身安住， 成就本尊大手印。 如果声光线三，寂怒本尊， 显现时不恐惧，认识自性， 愿

Offering the five objects of enjoyment and the five desirable qualities, The eight auspicious symbols and emblems, and the seven precious jewels, The sixteen offering goddesses, and so forth, May they arise without interruption in the three times. Through this, may the Victorious One's teachings, In all the boundless realms of the world, Flourish with gain, respect, and veneration. May the holy individuals who uphold the teachings, Wherever they are, wherever they reside, wherever they benefit, May all of them have long and stable lives, And may their activities for the benefit of beings spread in all directions. Thus, gathering all the roots of virtue into one, I dedicate them to fathers, mothers, teachers, benefactors, and, Primarily to all sentient beings in the six realms who are connected to me. May they be freed from all the suffering of the lower realms and samsara, And quickly attain unsurpassed enlightenment. Thus, gathering all those roots of virtue, May they ripen in my being in this very instant, And may their fruit be clearly manifest. May all sixteen diseases, evil spirits, and fears be pacified, And may life, merit, experience, and realization increase. May there be no obstacles to the accomplishment of enlightenment, And may life and practice reach their culmination. May all my lineage and Dharma lineage, As long as the secret mantra teachings remain, Increase and expand like the flow of the Ganges, Possessing all the qualities of learned, virtuous, and excellent ones, And may the unfailing victory banner of the teachings be raised. In this region and in the vast kingdom, May there be no epidemics, famine, or strife, And may there be abundant harvests, happiness, and prosperity. Whenever I am at the time of death, May there be no poison, weapons, or evil thoughts, And may there be no vital points, pain, or attachment. May mindfulness be clear, and may I recognize the stages of dissolution, And may the mother and child clear light of death meet. May I remain as desired in the state of clear light, And may there be no interruptions or obstacles to this. Then, having blocked the eight doors of samsara, May I consciously transfer my consciousness through the Brahma aperture. Then, recognizing the second clear light, May I remain as desired in that nature. Then, meditating on the form of the yidam Great Compassionate One, May the mind-body of the bardo remain stable, And may the deity's great mudra be accomplished. 愿与誓言之神心意相合！ 尤其是，祈愿世尊、胜者无量光佛，由比丘僧众迎请，以迎接之仪，降临于此！ 从药师佛处，八大菩萨，于虚空中降临，前往极乐净土，清晰地指示往生之路！ 四臂观音、土地神、多闻天王等，所有智慧护法守护神，守护前往净土之路的障碍，愿能往生极乐净土！ 无量光佛身后的依凭之树，高度为十六万由旬，愿见此树，获得无量功德！ 在此树旁，珍宝孔雀宝座上，胜者无量光佛，相好庄严，光芒四射，与观世音菩萨、大势至菩萨等，菩萨僧众眷属一同，我能亲眼清晰地见到！ 愿因佛身的光芒照耀，消除一切业障，身语意三门充满喜悦与安乐！ 愿我进入莲花花蕊之中，于彼刹那，化生其中！ 顶有发髻，足有法轮等，一切相好圆满，光芒四射之身，愿与彼土众生无异！ 愿随即莲花绽放，得见胜者无量光佛！ 从自己的掌中，化现无量供云，供养诸佛！ 愿无量光佛以手加持，获得无上菩提之授记！ 愿随即获得极喜地，逐渐显现十地功德！ 愿以神通力，刹那间游历，普陀山、铜色吉祥山、兜率天、杨柳苑、邬金净土、色究竟天、殊胜妙乐等处，并以供云供养彼土之主！ 祈请灌顶与诀窍，刹那间，再次返回极乐净土！ 愿我与弟子传承，以及与饮食、财富、佛法结缘的一切众生，无论何时于中阴漂泊之际，我以神通了知，以神变力，刹那而至，引领至极乐净土！ 在无数百千俱胝之世界中，慈氏（弥勒佛）等

May we be in accord with the minds of the oath deities! Especially, may the Bhagavan, Victorious Amitabha, be invited by the assembly of monks and nuns, and come forth in front of us in a welcoming manner! From the presence of the Medicine Buddha, may the eight bodhisattvas come forth in the sky and clearly show the way to go to the realm of Great Bliss! May the four-armed one, the field protector, Vaishravana, and all the wisdom protectors and guardians protect the obstacles on the path to reach the realm, and may we be born in that realm of Sukhavati! May we see the tree behind Amitabha, which is sixteen hundred thousand leagues in height, and may we obtain immeasurable qualities! Near it, on a precious peacock throne, the Victorious Amitabha, blazing with marks and signs, together with Avalokiteshvara, Mahasthamaprapta, and so forth, with the retinue of the bodhisattva sangha, may I clearly see them directly! May all obscurations be purified by the rays of light from his body, and may joy and happiness increase in my body, speech, and mind! May I enter into the lotus flower and be miraculously born there in that instant! May my body, complete with all marks and signs, such as the crown protuberance on my head and the wheel on my feet, blazing with light, be the same as the beings of that realm! May the lotus flower open immediately, and may I see the Victorious Amitabha! May I emanate immeasurable clouds of offerings from the palms of my hands and make offerings to the Victorious One! May I receive empowerment from the hands of Amitabha and obtain the prophecy of supreme enlightenment! May I immediately attain the Joyful Ground and gradually manifest the ten grounds! May I travel in an instant by the power of miraculous abilities to Potala, the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain, Tushita, Willow Grove, the land of Oddiyana, Akanishta, and Manifest Joy, and offer clouds of offerings to the lords of those realms! Having requested empowerments and instructions, may I return to Sukhavati again in an instant! May all beings connected to me and my students through lineage, and through food, wealth, and Dharma, whenever they wander in the bardo, may I see them with my clairvoyance, and may I come there in an instant by the power of miraculous abilities and lead them to that realm of Sukhavati! In the billionfold realms of Jambudvipa, Maitreya and so forth.
