Generate the supreme and delightful Bodhicitta. May I achieve Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. Recite three times or the last three sentences. Now, visualize the Torma, the object of receiving empowerment, as the deity, and also visualize yourselves, the disciples, as the deity. At the same time, visualize clearly in this way: In this three-thousand-great-thousand world, transformed into a delightful palace, on a lotus throne and moon cushion supported by elephants, from the completely blue syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།), arises the Bhagavan Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, radiating light like lapis lazuli, possessing a body adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor signs, clothed in the three Dharma robes, and seated in the vajra posture. The right hand holds an Arura (Terminalia chebula) with leaves in the gesture of supreme giving, and the left hand holds a lapis lazuli bowl filled with nectar, placed on the palm in meditative equipoise. Now, please generate the intention to make the wisdom being remain unwavering and stable. Saying this, place the vajra flower on the crown of the head. Tiṣṭha Vajra (藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ།). Now, to truly receive the empowerment, please repeat after me. Bhagavan Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, King of Light, I beseech you to bestow upon me now all the blessings and kindness of the twelve great vows you made in the past. Recite three times or once. After praying in this way, visualize that from the Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ།，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) on the forehead of the Torma visualized as the Medicine Buddha, white light radiates like a rising moon, entering from your foreheads, filling your entire bodies, and merging into your bodies. By this, the empowerment of the body is obtained, the diseases and evil spirits of the body are pacified, the obscurations of the body are purified, and the seed of the Nirmanakaya is planted. Again, visualize the torma as the Medicine Buddha, and from the Aḥ (Sanskrit) syllable in the throat, red light radiates like the rising sun, entering from your throats, filling the entire body, and dissolving into the throat.
