Noble Manjushri, please listen, We, the three-faced black-headed people, report to you. We are the lords of life for all sentient beings. Born from the union of Khen and Khon in between. You listen to the command of the great hero, And abide by the command and the oath. Alas! For all sentient beings, In the time of the five degenerations, Averting the nine evils and the ten sins, For the sake of transforming all great obstacles, I have been appointed as the three-faced black-headed person, There is nothing I cannot accomplish. There is nothing I cannot avert. There is nothing I cannot transform. Therefore, for the black-clothed one, Thirteen Torma thumb-figures are needed, as well as pure meat and blood.
