ས། །དཀར་ཕྱོགས་མི་དགའ་བསམ་ངན་གདུག་རྩུབ་ཅན། །འདོད་ཡོན་ལྔ་ལྡན་གསུར་གྱི་ཚིམས་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྔོན་ཚེ་ཐུབ་དབང་གསང་བདག་པད་འབྱུང་གི །དམ་ཚིག་གཉན་པོ་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་མཛོད་ལ། །ཆར་ལ་བར་ཆད་མ་བྱེད་སྡོང་གྲོགས་མཛོད། །བཀའ་ལ་མི་ཉན་བར་ཆད་བགེགས་བྱེད་ན། །རིགས་གསུམ་མགོན་པོའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཐུགས་ཁྲོས་ནས། །ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན་དུ་ཁྲོ་བོའི་ཆད་པས་སྡིག །དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་། །ལུས་ངག་རྡུལ་ཕྲན་བརླགས་པར་གདོན་མི་ཟ། །དེ་བས་ས་ཕྱོགས་འདི་རུ་ཆར་ཕོབ་ཅིག །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ལྡན་རྣམས་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་བརྩེ་བས་གཟིགས་མཛོད་ལ། །སངས་རྒྱས་དཀོན་མཆོག་བདེན་པས་ཆར་ཕོབ་ཅིག །དམ་ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་བདེན་པས་ཆར་ཕོབ་ཅིག །དགེ་འདུན་དཀོན་མཆོག་བདེན་པས་ཆར་ཕོབ་ཅིག །རྒྱུ་འབྲས་བསླུ་མེད་བདེན་པས་ཆར་ཕོབ་ཅིག །བསང་གིས་ བརྔན་ཞིང་བདེན་པའི་སྟོབས་ཚིག་གིས། །ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀླུ་གཉན་ཆར་ལ་བསྐུལ། །ནམ་མཁར་འབྲུག་སྒྲོག་སྤྲིན་དཔུང་ཆུ་དྲག་འཁྲུགས། །བར་སྣང་སྨུག་གཞོབ་ཆར་གྱིས་སྐྱོགས་ཆེན་ཕོབ། །ས་གཞི་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆུ་བོའི་རྒྱ་མཚོར་གྱུར། །དེ་ལྟར་ཕབ་པའི་བསངས་མཆོད་དགེ་བ་འདིས། །ཀླུ་གཉན་ས་བདག་ལྷ་སྲིན་མ་ལུས་པ། །ཐབ་གཞོབ་ཕོག་ཐུག་འགྲམ་འཁྲུག་ཞི་གྱུར་ནས། །ནད་མེད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུན་དང་བྲལ་གྱུར་ཅིག །བྱེ་ཚན་མེ་ཆེན་བྱ་ཁྱུང་འཇིགས་པ་དང་། །ཤ་རུལ་མི་གཙང་མེ་རྡུལ་གནམ་ལྕགས་དུག༔ དཀར་ནག་འཁྲུག་རྩོད་འཇིགས་དང་བྲལ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཞྭ་བོ་གྲུམ་པོ་མཛེ་ཕོ་ལུས་ངན་དང་། །ཀླུ་ནད་མི་རུང་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཞི་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཀླུ་རྣམས་བཀྲག་མདངས་གཟི་བརྗིད་ལྡན་གྱུར་ནས། །སྦྲུལ་མགོ་གདེངས་ཀ་དཔལ་འབྱོར་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་ལ་དབང་གྱུར་ནས། །ས་གཞི་འབྱུང་བའི་སྟོབས་རྣམས་འཕེལ་གྱུར་ཅིག །རྩྭ་ཤིང་རྩི་བཅུད་ལོ་འདབ་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ནས། །སེམས་ཅན་མུ་གེའི་འཇིགས་པ་ཞི་གྱུར་ཅིག །འབྲས་བུ་ལོ་ཏོག་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་གྱུར་ནས། །མི་རྣམས་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ལོངས་ སྤྱོད་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཚད་པས་གདུང་བའི་འབུ་སྲིན་སེམས་ཅན་ལ། །མི་འཇིགས་སྐྱབས་ཀྱིས་སྦྱིན་པར་འགྱུར་བར་ཤོག །ཀླུ་གཉན་ས་བདག་ཡིད་གཟུགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །དམ་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྦྱིན་པ་འབྱུང་བར་ཤོག །ཆར་པས་ཁྱབ་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་མ་ལུས་ཀུན། །ལུས་རྟེན་འདི་ལ་མངོན་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་༧ རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱས་སོ། །བསང་ཞོར་ཆར་འབེབས་ཕྲིན་བཅོལ་ལོ། །འདི་བྲིས་དགེ་བ

萨！不喜白方心怀恶念残暴者，以具足五妙欲的祭祀令汝满足。往昔能仁、金刚手、莲花生，忆念汝等猛厉誓言，莫作降雨之障碍，助成顺缘。若不听从教令，制造障碍作祟者，三族怙主的诸神众将忿怒，于铜色吉祥山以忿怒之惩罚相威胁。若违背誓言，将堕入金刚地狱，身语化为微尘，定遭鬼魅吞噬。因此，于此地降下甘霖吧！具有慈悲加持者，祈请垂念！以慈爱垂视众生，以佛陀宝的谛实力降雨，以正法宝的谛实力降雨，以僧伽宝的谛实力降雨，以因果不虚的谛实力降雨。以焚香供养，以真实之语力，诸神众催请龙神降雨。天空中雷声轰鸣，乌云汇聚，暴雨倾盆。虚空中烟雾弥漫，大雨如注。大地一切化为河流之海洋。如是降雨之焚香供养善业，愿龙神、土地神、一切天龙八部，平息争斗、冲突、争执，远离疾病与一切痛苦。愿消除沙尘暴、大火、鹏鸟之恐惧，以及腐肉、不净、火山灰、陨石、毒药，黑白纷争之恐惧。愿息灭麻疯病、瘫痪病、癞病、恶劣之身，以及各种不祥龙病。愿龙族具足光彩、威严，蛇头高昂，财富增长。愿能自在掌控降雨之源流，愿大地之元素力量增长。愿草木繁茂，枝叶茂盛，息灭众生饥荒之恐惧。愿果实、庄稼丰收，愿人们安乐幸福，受用增长。愿因酷热所困之虫类众生，皆能获得无畏之庇护。愿龙神、土地神、一切意生身，皆能获得殊胜之佛法布施。愿雨水所滋润的一切众生，皆能于此身证得圆满菩提。此乃Ra Ga Asya所作。焚香之际，祈请降雨之嘱托。书写此文之善

Sa! Those who dislike the white side, harbor evil thoughts, and are cruel, may you be satisfied with the offering of the five desirable qualities. In the past, Shakyamuni, Vajrapani, and Padmasambhava, remember your powerful vows, do not obstruct the rain, and help to create favorable conditions. If you do not listen to the commands, create obstacles, and cause harm, may the deities of the three families of protectors become wrathful and threaten you with the punishment of wrath at Zangdok Palri. If you break your vows, you will fall into the Vajra Hell, your body and speech will be reduced to dust, and you will surely be devoured by demons. Therefore, send down rain in this place! Those who possess the blessings of compassion, please listen! Look upon sentient beings with love, send down rain with the truth of the Buddha Jewel, send down rain with the truth of the Dharma Jewel, send down rain with the truth of the Sangha Jewel, send down rain with the unfailing truth of cause and effect. With incense offerings and the power of truthful words, may the deities urge the Nagas to send down rain. In the sky, thunder roars, clouds gather, and heavy rain pours down. Mist fills the sky, and heavy rain falls in torrents. May the entire earth be transformed into an ocean of rivers. Through this virtuous act of incense offering that brings down rain, may the Nagas, earth lords, and all the gods and spirits, pacify conflicts, clashes, and disputes, and be free from disease and all suffering. May the fears of sandstorms, great fires, and Garuda be eliminated, as well as the fears of rotten flesh, impurity, volcanic ash, meteorites, poison, and black and white conflicts. May leprosy, paralysis, skin diseases, and evil bodies be pacified, as well as all kinds of inauspicious Naga diseases. May the Nagas be filled with radiance and splendor, with their snake heads raised high, and their wealth increased. May they have power over the flow of rain, and may the elemental forces of the earth increase. May the grasses and trees flourish, with abundant leaves, and may the fear of famine for sentient beings be pacified. May fruits and crops be abundant, and may people have happiness and prosperity. May all insects and sentient beings suffering from heat be given fearless protection. May the Nagas, earth lords, and all mind-created beings receive the supreme gift of the Dharma. May all sentient beings pervaded by rain attain perfect enlightenment in this very body. This was composed by Ra Ga Asya. While burning incense, a request is made for rain. The merit of writing this.
