The time to subdue the oath-breaker spirit has come. The time to subdue all oath-breaker spirits, etc., has come. Oath-breaker spirit, you who are tormented by karma! Pierce you, pierce you on the spokes of the wheel! Shake you, shake the black hope bell! Bind you, bind you with blue-red thread! Torment you, torment you with the weapons of the wrathful deity! Burn you, burn you in the poisonous flames! Strike you, strike you with the vajra hammer! Hit you, hit you with mustard seed curses! Sacrifice you, sacrifice you on the eastern path! Slaughter you, slaughter you with a sharp knife! Pierce you, pierce you with a cross-shaped spike! Cook you, cook you with boiling wrathful water! Pour you, pour you into the river of water! Suppress you, suppress you with the weight of Mount Sumeru! This troublemaking oath-breaker spirit, even if the sun and moon fall to the ground, do not let go! Even if the crow turns white, do not let go! Even if the river flows backward, do not let go! Even if the kalpa of formation and destruction does not occur, do not rise up! Troublemaking male and female ghosts, མཱ་ར་ཡ་ནྟཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནན། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) Recite the fierce mantra and strike with Thun and Zor. Troublemaking naked oath-breaker spirits, male and female! This food flour loaded on the back of the mule and female yak, today I, the patron and benefactor, offer it to you as a gift of offerings and food. Eat these life foods and permanent foods of yours, and do not rise up until Maitreya Buddha comes! Then, guide them to generate Bodhicitta. Thus it is said. Then on the corpse pad, draw a vajra cross with corpse ashes and press it on top. Then place a belly filled with air on top, then set it on fire and cover it with earth.
