Homage to the Dün tribe! Always pay homage with reverence to the Three Jewels! The food with a hundred flavors, captivating the mind, With this perfect offering to the Buddhas and their sons, May all beings who offer with faith, Enjoy the food of rich samadhi! Paying homage, making offerings, confessing, Rejoicing, urging, and praying, Whatever small merit I have accumulated, May all be dedicated to the great, complete enlightenment! If one cannot recite the three sutras of remembering the Three Jewels in full during lunchtime, then one should pay homage to the Buddha as the main deity, pay homage to the Dharma that protects, pay homage to the Sangha. This was said by Paṇḍita Makhol immediately after converting to Buddhism. Remembering the Three Jewels in mind, place the food offering in a round shape, not triangular. Offer this to the root and lineage lamas. Offer this to all Bodhisattvas. Offer this to the sixteen Arhats and the sixteen thousand four hundred Arhats. With the completion of these gatherings and inexhaustible merit, may the share of food not be depleted and increase. Oṃ amṛta hūṃ phaṭ (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔,梵文天城体:ॐ अमृत हूँ फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ amṛta hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:嗡,甘露,吽,啪). vajra nevidya āḥ hūṃ (藏文:བཛྲ་ནེ་ཝི་དྱ་ཨཱཿཿཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:वज्र नेविद्य आः हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:vajra nevidya āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:金刚,供养,啊,吽). Offering this to the swirling nectar, it protects against the harm of obstacles and transforms the food into nectar. Offering this to the Dharma protectors of wisdom, they will protect. Thus, place the five piles of offerings in the form of the main deity and retinue. Place larger, edible foods, and if you do not take them yourself, they can still be eaten. After that is the giving of food: Oṃ harite svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཧ་རི་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ हरितै स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ harite svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡,哈日德,梭哈). Give one portion of food to the yaksha woman Hariti. Give one portion of food to the goddess Hariti, the burning-mouth mother and her five hundred sons. If you do not give this, you contradict the teachings of the teacher; if you give it, it will help reduce illness and increase wealth. Oṃ agra paṇḍa aśi bha svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་གྲ་པཎྜ་ཨ་ཤི་བྷ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ अग्र पण्ड अशि भ स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ agra paṇḍa aśi bha svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡,顶端,班达,阿西,巴,梭哈). Give one portion of food to all the spirits who have power over food, including male deities, enemy deities, guardian deities, and other worldly deities. Thus, placing three portions of food, the above is the Sutra tradition. Next is the Mantra tradition.

Then, contemplate emptiness by reciting "Om"; contemplate the food container as a wisdom skull by reciting "Ah"; contemplate the food as the nectar of wisdom by reciting "Hum." In the five places of your body—the crown of the head, throat, heart, navel, and secret place—visualize the five great compassionate ones, white, red, yellow, and green, residing in the number of channels with the retinue of Dakinis, whose main color is the same as theirs, and contemplate offering to them, and then eat and drink. It is said that the stomach is like a vase, and eating about two-thirds full and leaving one-third empty will make the body healthy and reduce diseases. After eating, recite "Om Ucchista Pana Ashi Bha Svaha," and give a mouthful of food to all the spirits who control the leftovers, thereby giving food to all obstacles and evil spirits. Then, even if there is no leftover food, if there is any, it should be given to other hungry and miserable beings such as birds and dogs, and do not waste food or throw it away. Then, the purification of wealth, which is the purification of the obscurations of offerings: Homage to the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, the King of All Lights, the Radiantly Blazing Flame. It is said that reciting this name once can digest a pile of offerings as large as Mount Sumeru. The Dharani for purifying the obscurations of offerings is: Nama Samanta Prabha Rajaya, Tathagataya, Adhate Samyakam Buddhaya. Tadyatha. Namo Manjushriye Kumarabhutaya, Bodhisattvaya, Mahasattvaya, Maha Karunikaya. Tadyatha. Om Ni Ra Lambe Ni Ra Bhase, Jaye Jaya Labhe, Maha Mate, Dakshe Dakshini Me Pari Shudhaya Svaha. It is said that merely reciting this dharani will purify all the obscurations of offerings. Then, the dedication and aspiration: May I, by the merit of offering food in the mandala of the Victorious Ones that is my own body, obtain food that possesses color and strength, and a hundred flavors, and thereby live on the food of meditation. May I, by the merit of offering drinks, pacify the hunger and thirst of afflictions, and by the virtues of generosity and so on, be born in a place without thirst. By whatever is given, to whomever it is given, and how without clinging to the giving, by that very equality of giving, may the giver be completely fulfilled. May the king, the giver himself, and other lowly sentient beings, have long life, be free from disease, be perfectly complete, and always attain happiness. By the power of this vast generosity, may all beings
