如果有所疑虑，就让自己稍微进入本尊之外的坛城中。对于比这更差的施主，就稍微进入石堆火山的内部。对于需要守护的诅咒更多的，就观想坚固的保护轮。在咒师无法胜过之前，就没有能胜过它的。对于非宿业的突发情况，观想保护轮必定能遣除。然而，对自己来说，这非常粗猛，要看观修方式的信心大小。这段话是为年老的咒师阿惹嘎以及后世追随的持咒者们所写。吉祥！

If there is doubt, just let yourself enter slightly into the mandala outside the Yidam. For a patron who is worse than that, just enter slightly inside a stone pile volcano. For those with more curses to protect against, meditate on a strong protective circle. Until the mantra practitioner can overcome it, there is no way to overcome it. For sudden circumstances that are not from past karma, meditating on the protective circle will definitely avert them. However, this is very intense for oneself, look at the size of the faith in the meditation method.
