Its substance is composed of the five elements, blessed by mantra and mudra. This golden-eyed female garuda soaring in the sky, adorned with silk brocade and black stripes, decorated with gold, turquoise, and agate, its color transformed by madder and safflower, its body color resembling darkness, adorned with precious conch necklaces. From the precious coral cheeks, the mane of padmaraga jewels blazes. The chin resembles curled lotus petals, the golden goddess adorned with উৎপལ་ patterns. The ears are precious gulang, adorned with precious golden wheels. The nose is a precious ring, beautiful pearls intertwined in a string. The eyes are red like vermillion, radiating the light of the sun and moon. The neck is adorned with strings of pearls, the eyelashes emanate rays of light. The upper beak is of sky iron vajra, the lower beak possesses the nectar of a lotus. Holding a rosary of precious conch teeth, the crown of the head radiates the light of wisdom. The chin is a treasure of precious grains, the upper beak with an iron hook summons oath-breakers, the lower beak like a razor cuts off the lives of enemies, reveling in the flesh of iron-red enemies and obstructors. The right wing subdues the realm of gods, the left wing subdues the realm of nagas, the tail feathers manifest rainbow paths and desired things. Coral legs are claws of iron hooks, guiding the six realms of beings to pure lands. The upper body is Mount Meru vase, supporting a precious tent and rainbow tent, the abode of the wisdom goddess. The lower body is a turquoise platform, the feathers fluttering and covering like silk, the place where the retinue goddesses gather. The topknot is like a tree from which nectar falls, the large scythe subdues male demons, the small razor subdues female demons, the tiny feathers subdue petty spirits. The melodious voice calls upon the assemblies of ru-like mothers, flying in the sky and emanating manifestations. This wondrous black offering bird, is an emanation of Machig Labdrön, offering to a hundred thousand mothers and their retinues. Having fulfilled your vows, please purify breakages, impairments, animosity, and harshness. We sentient beings of samsara, obscured by ignorance and delusion, whatever may be contrary to the mind of Machig, we confess and ask for forgiveness. From now until the essence of enlightenment, we go for refuge to the black goddess Machig, please protect us. Machig, your very nature is loving!

The body is like being shrouded in darkness, the eyes are like bright stars shining, the horns are the appearance of skillful means and wisdom, the hair is like dark clouds gathering, the four hooves suppress the four demons, silk flutters from the body, blue smoke emanates from the mouth, the bleating sound resounds, this worldly black crystal golden eye, fulfills the intention vow of the Self-Born Queen. With this gathering of bones, fulfill the intention vow of Remati. With these intestines and internal organs, fulfill the intention vow of the seven mothers. With these four limbs, fulfill the intention vow of the four-time goddesses. With these four limbs, fulfill the intention vow of the queen of the army. With these twenty-eight vertebrae, fulfill the intention vow of the twenty-eight masters. With these twelve joints, fulfill the intention vow of the twelve basic mothers. With this skin and wool, fulfill the intention vow of the million mothers. When your intention vows are fulfilled, may all violations of vows, grudges, and bonds be purified for me and all those to be protected, and I ask for forgiveness for any violations of your intentions.
