In the great lotus palace, from the state of the unborn nature of reality, the Bhagavan Blood-Drinking Heruka, inseparable from the consort Vajravarahi, with the retinue of emanations and further emanations, appeared vividly. The Heruka consort entered into the samadhi that produces all accomplishments. Reciting: Om Shri Vajra He He Ruru Kam Hum Hum Phat. Om Vajra Yogini Hum. Having spoken thus, all the eight classes of worldly gods and demons fainted. Then, awakening from their faint, the Lord of the Cemetery, from among the retinue, arose from his seat and made this supplication: O Heruka, who subdues the wicked! In the time of the five degenerate ages, when the wicked are in conflict, when there are epidemics of nagas and earth lords, when dakinis and mamos are in conflict, when beings have little merit and enjoyment, when they have no power to enjoy what they have accumulated, when fathers and sons are separated and enjoyment declines, at that time, the teachings of the Bhagavan, I, the hero, will protect. Having supplicated thus, then from the mouth of the glorious Heruka, it was said: Well done, Lord of the Cemetery! Offer me the essence of your life. Having spoken thus, reciting: Tadyatha Om Bhiraj Giraj Kuma Kuma Khum Tis Svaha. Thus, he offered the essence of his life. He vowed and promised to protect the teachings of the wisdom of the Buddhas, to care for practitioners, to accomplish favorable conditions, and to ward off the harm of thieves and robbers. Then, the glorious Heruka taught the chapters on the root places, the mantra reversal, the attainment of accomplishments, the flourishing of activities, and the commands, praises, and exhortations, saying: This secret essence of the heart, I entrust to you, Lord of the Cemetery. Protect the teachings of the Buddhas of the three times. Impose punishments on those who break their vows. Bestow blessings on those who keep their vows. Having spoken thus, all the retinue rejoiced and returned to their respective places, and the Bhagavan Heruka Vajra, father and mother, remained in the state of the unborn dharmakaya. Then, this instruction was spoken by Vajrayogini to the great accomplished one Padmavajra. He imparted it to the great accomplished one Rahula Vajra. He gave it to the pandita Sgeg Dorje. He gave it to the great accomplished one Dhyana Siddhi. He is also called the Immortal Teacher Zangpo. The pandita Vairocana, also called Rakta'i Ta, also called Silver Water Vairo, Silver Water.

Due to the completion of the request, it was granted that he would have a long life and reside in Tibet for a long time. He is also called the wise Dra Lotsawa, also called Jim Lotsawa, also called Jampal, and also called Khampa Ga Lotsawa. It was granted to him. This seems to be the younger Ga Lotsawa. He transmitted it to Lama Sachen Kunga Nyingpo, who transmitted it to Khenpo Sonam Tsemo, who transmitted it to Jetsun Drakpa Gyaltsen, the White Three Lords. The great scholar Pandita seems to have made this instruction the main protector of the path. Sakya Pandita became known as the Protector of the Path. Drakpa Gyaltsen gave it to Lama Chen Yar Gom, who gave it to Gyaltsa Lung Mangpo, who gave it to the wise Chorten Tri, who gave it to Senge Zangpo, who gave it to Yarlungpa Senge Yige Gyaltsen, who gave it to Sonam Gyalchok, who gave it to Namkha Gyaltsen, who gave it to Dagchen Lodro Gyaltsen, who gave it to Palden Gyalpo, who gave it to Sangye Rinchen, who gave it to Lopa Chennga, who gave it to Ngagi Tsenchen, who gave it to Tenpa Rabkar, who gave it to Tenzin Phuntsok, who gave it to Lama Tingdzin, which is an illusion. When this person first practiced for more than three months, he recited many wools. Later, he recited and tied some protective threads on them, tied them on his own and others' livestock, and even if he called out their names, enemies, thieves, or wild animals would not appear. When leaving the empty hermitage and going elsewhere, because he had instructed them, thieves would not appear, and so on. It is said that these signs appeared. He gave it to Lama Luru, who relied on torma alone for a few months of practice. It is said that two small white mice appeared next to the torma, they did not eat the torma, and then disappeared. He does not seem to have practiced according to the ritual of this instruction. I asked him about it. I used to be in the Laba forest of Tsang Gyalkhartse, which is said to have been a large cemetery in the past, with real skeletons. When the Yabse Great Camp was stationed there, someone saw skeletons and burning skulls. The monks were so afraid that they dared not go outside the western camp. When I finished at the Pasar camp, finished my daily work, and sat down on the night of the fifteenth, I fell asleep for a while, and woke up with fear and fright, a fox was next to me looking at me.
