Ma Chung! To protect the Buddha's teachings, please come tonight to the place of vows and precepts, and I beseech you to dwell in this supreme place. I regard you as a lord, do not oppress; I regard you as a friend, do not harbor malice; I regard you as a mother, do not cut off love; I regard you as a sister, do not diminish etiquette; I regard you as a servant, do not harbor evil thoughts. In the past, before the Buddhas, did you not vow to protect the teachings? May the yogis, myself and my retinue, have abundant wealth, livestock, and crops, may all prosper, and may all obstacles and demons be averted. If you do not fulfill the entrusted task, you will betray the decree of the Sugata Buddhas, disappoint future yogis, break the vows of us vidyadharas, and violate the solemn vows of the past. Therefore, do not transgress the vows! I will not transgress the vows, may you also not transgress the vows! Hūṃ! Glorious Protector, Great Powerful One, Great Black One, Wrathful Form, manifest your form from the Dharmadhatu, please come to the place of the disciple! In the supreme sacred place of the disciple, the samaya substances that are in accordance with you are: decorated with black yak butter, black banners and arrows adorned on the horns, and the effigy of enemies and demons hung on the shoulders. I offer to you, the father and mother Protector! The torma decorated with crows, I offer to you, the father and mother Protector! The fragrant torma decorated with yaks, I offer to you, the father and mother Protector! The food decorated with black sheep, I offer to you, the father and mother Protector! The alcoholic beverage decorated with black dogs, I offer to you, the father and mother Protector! The bowl filled with chang, I offer to you, the father and mother Protector! The torma decorated with crows, I offer to you, the raven-faced one! Raising the banner of willow branches, I offer to you, the red blood-sucking mother! The red flesh and blood torma, I offer to you, the Protector and retinue! May the father, mother, and retinue be pleased! By us yogis practicing you, may we be blessed to attain siddhis! That is the offering! Next is the fulfillment: Add gold drink to the best wine, if not available, add grains to strong alcohol or the best tea and crush them. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Mahākāla Catur Ham! Kha Kha Mukha! Devi Rupini! Amrita Khāhi Khā! Hi! Hūṃ! Decorated with gold drink, molasses, and honey, like clouds gathering in the sky, the enjoyment of the five desires, the rays of the five wisdoms.

Eh ho! Within the realm of the five senses, I offer these possessions of all necessities. May the hearts of the Protector, Father and Mother, be fulfilled. In order to urge the essential point of their hearts, may the heart of the Raven-faced One be fulfilled. May the heart of the Red Vein-Sucker be fulfilled. A thousand Black Ones and a hundred thousand Flesh-Eaters, a million Mothers and a hundred thousand Yakshas, a billion Great Armor-Wearers, and so forth, may the hearts of the retinue and emanations be fulfilled. To the glorious Protector with his retinue, I offer a skull-cup filled with blood. I offer clarified butter, a lamp of light. I offer clouds of incense, the fragrance of great flesh. I offer a red torma of glorious food. I offer a torma adorned with great rice. I offer a torma adorned with the three whites. I offer a torma adorned with the three sweets. I offer golden beer, adorned with precious things. I offer a torma of nectar medicine. I offer a torma of red rakta. With various kinds of food, may the glorious Protector with his retinue have their hearts fulfilled. May the emanation of emanations have their hearts fulfilled. HUNG! I fulfill, I fulfill the fierce heart. I offer, I offer with the nectar of samaya substances. The glorious Protector and all his retinue, having fulfilled their fierce heart with this, I fulfill the borrowed samaya of the yogi. I confess and purify all breakages, violations, and errors. May my breakages be restored, and may the entrusted activities be accomplished. O Samaya! A Samaya! HUNG Samaya! OM MAHA KALA GUNA HRIDA HUNG HUNG HUNG DZA DZA DZA PHAT PHAT PHAT! TRI KHA KHA MUKHA DU BHYO! OM MAHA KALI DEVI RUPI NI HUNG BHYO PHAT! OM VAJRA SATTVA SAMAYA, and so forth, the hundred-syllable mantra. SATTVA AH! Thus, having fulfilled whatever breakages there may be, activities will be unimpeded. Even if there is no yak ransom, if there is a ransom torma, or if there is not, then one can offer a substitute torma, arrange tea offerings, and recite this fulfillment. It is also good to attach it to a work manual and recite it regularly. After that, if the yak ransom is still to be performed, then recite this entrusted instruction on its own. If it is an offering, then place a glorious flame on the yak ransom, and recite this when raising the entrustment, accompanied by music, on the source of the drumbeat, or in a clean place, or in front of the protector's shrine, or on something like the top of a pillar, and leave it there. HO! To the glorious Great Black One, Father and Mother, King of the Blood Drinkers, to the great Dharma Protector, the Lord of Wisdom, the four-armed Father and Mother, the one named Raven, I offer. To the Lord of Action, the Raven-faced One, I offer. To the flesh-eating, vein-sucking Red Mother, I offer. Black One.
