镇压。 如同力大之人镇压孩童般， 心想绝不放开摩诃婆罗。 在镇压过的平地上， 在尸垫的一面上， 画金刚交杵、须弥山和四大部洲。 向下镇压到如同地狱之处， 堆叠风的金刚交杵生起次第， 观想其上镇压须弥山和四大部洲。 弥勒佛未来临之前，不要起身！ 之后起身，请求菩提心。 在此期间，不要放开摩诃婆罗！ 如是说，在九层地面上各放一个交杵， 其上放火堆，其上再浇水， 用土覆盖，进行捶打，使其不显现。 吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）从“金刚燃烧之坛城”等开始， 到“玛拉雅 啪特”之间跳金刚舞。 这是智慧者和世间人， 共同的镇压一切鬼怪的方法。 镇压死鬼、小鬼、害鬼等， 镇压邪魔、恶鬼、女鬼时，只需改变名称。 镇压鬼怪，一个仪轨即可，是深奥的共同口诀。 如果是牧民或游牧民， 就在大路十字路口下，或大山顶上， 寺庙、佛塔、嘛呢石堆、百座城堡下， 在其他人看不到的地方秘密镇压。 或者制作一百个黑白擦擦， 在大山下或镇压力大的地方， 在挖好的坑中镇压林伽和阳具图案， 其上放置头朝下的黑色擦擦， 其上放置一百个头朝上的白色擦擦， 之后如前一样进行捶打，跳金刚舞。 这是断除损害，进行诅咒。 否则，这种厉鬼非常狡猾，口舌恶毒， 即使自己没有丝毫过错， 他人无缘无故地伤害了你的心， 想到对他做坏事，进行诅咒， 出现了“诅咒镇压”之类的说法。 听过很多发生这种事情的传闻。 如果向上拔出，会抢夺人命，造成巨大危害。 因此，如果镇压的姿势不稳妥， 就把之前那样弯曲的林伽， 按照怙主仪轨进行橛的安插，之后， 用锤子捶打，用杀人的武器砍剁， 混合纸片、糌粑团、肉块等一百种食物， 与马头明王等任何忿怒本尊的， 猛厉火供仪轨相同。 将灰烬倒在大路十字路口中央， 这样也圆满了镇压的意义。 这个火供需要几年时间才能完成， 如果完成一次，就是极好的息灾除障。

(Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) Starting from "Vajra Burning Mandala" etc., Dance the Vajra dance until "Maraya Phet." This is the common method for suppressing all ghosts for both wise and worldly people. Suppressing dead ghosts, small ghosts, harmful ghosts, etc., When suppressing demons, ogres, and female ghosts, just change the name. Suppressing ghosts, one ritual is enough, it is a profound common secret. If you are a herdsman or nomad, Under the crossroads of the main road or on top of a large mountain, Under temples, stupas, mani stone piles, and hundreds of castles, Suppress secretly where no one else can see. Or make a hundred black and white tsatsas, Under a large mountain or in a place with great suppressing power, In the dug pit, suppress the lingam and phallus pattern, Place a black tsatsa upside down on top of it, Place a hundred white tsatsas face up on top of it, Then, as before, beat and dance the Vajra dance. This is to cut off harm and perform curses. Otherwise, this kind of Damtsi is very cunning and has a poisonous tongue, Even if you have not made the slightest mistake, Others harm your mind for no reason, Thinking of doing bad things to him, perform curses, The saying "curse suppression" has appeared. I have heard many rumors of such things happening. If pulled upwards, it will rob lives and cause great harm. Therefore, if the suppression posture is not stable, Take the previously bent lingam, And insert the peg according to the Lord's ritual, then, Hammer it with a hammer, and cut it with a murderous weapon, Mix paper pieces, tsampa dough, meat pieces, and a hundred kinds of food, Similar to the fierce fire offering ritual of any wrathful deity such as Mahakala, Pour the ashes in the center of the crossroads of the main road, This also completes the meaning of suppression. This fire offering takes several years to complete, If completed once, it is an excellent pacification and obstacle removal.
