Please accept my confession and forgiveness, grant me the two kinds of unobstructed accomplishments. This confession is the very words of the four-armed Vajrakila lineage text, so rather than reading other confessions, reciting this one many times is more blessed. Om Samaya, Asamaya, Hum Samaya. Om Vajra Kavuva Vava Pashaya Mahakalaya Hum Hum Phet. Om Mahakala Sutriya Madu Dza. Om Vajrasattva Samaya, etc., reciting the hundred-syllable mantra can make up for the broken vows and confess.
