The Glorious Wisdom Protector Four-Armed Assembly, called "All Accomplishments Arise," resides here. Oṃ khaṇḍa ro he hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, cut, wrathful, Hum, Phat)! Oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, nature pure, all dharmas, nature pure, I)! From emptiness, Yaṃ transforms into wind, Raṃ transforms into fire, Kaṃ transforms into three human head tripods. On top of that, A transforms into a skull cup, white on the outside and red on the inside, wide and vast, filled with mountains of flesh and oceans of blood from enemies, obstructors, and sorcerers who have been slain, and dunes of bones. On top of the five meats and five nectars, the three syllables Oṃ (white), Āḥ (red), and Hūṃ (blue) are stacked from top to bottom, radiating light, inviting the wisdom nectar from the hearts of all the Tathagatas. Dissolving into the three syllables, transforming into light, and mixing with the flesh and blood below, the color is white, the touch is smooth, the taste is sweet, and the power is perfectly complete, transforming into a great ocean.
