Offer torma to the Dharma protectors, Entrust activities. If you can't, then pray. In the center of the four-petaled lotus in the heart, Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) and Anuttara, or just Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), or Bhaiṃ (Tibetan: བྷཻཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भैं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhaiṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhaim) is also acceptable. From there, radiate light, gathering all outer and inner phenomena into oneself. Gather one's own letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) upwards and place it in the Nada emptiness. Whatever arises, such as thoughts of the three times, appearances, increase, attainment, etc., rest the awareness in the state of non-duality of meditator and meditation in an instant. After the wind dissolves into consciousness, the fundamental luminosity is attained. The body becomes radiant, like a clear sky, and Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Āḥ), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), and relics, etc., appear. At that time, if there is no confidence, transfer consciousness to the Dharmakaya. The tantra says: On the crown of the head, the lama is extremely Bhaiṃ (Tibetan: བྷཻཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भैं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhaiṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhaim). One's own body is clear as the yoga of the deity. Therefore, visualize oneself as the Victorious Ocean, the three roots and wheels clearly manifest. Block the nine doors. On the crown of the head, visualize Amitabha as the embodiment of all refuges, as Bhaiṃ (Tibetan: བྷཻཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भैं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhaiṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhaim). Below the navel, the essence of the union of wind and mind, a white bindu the size of a bean, throbbing and flickering, make it throb with the sound "Hik" and touch the feet of the lama. Lower it with the sound "Ka". If signs of accomplishment appear, dissolve into the lama. If the signs of death are complete, lean the spine against a stick and forcefully shoot it into the heart of the lama with the sound "Ka". Also, by applying a mixture of magnet, ashes of a burnt guest's child, and tamed wild animal to the Brahma hole, the transference of consciousness is accomplished through interdependent substances. Vajra Dakini says: Killing a Brahmin every day, committing the five inexpiable sins, stealing, plundering, indulging in desire, one is immediately purified, not stained by sin, and goes far from the faults of existence. Also, from the Four Seats: When the time comes, transference should be done, otherwise the gods will be killed. Therefore, if you see the signs on the body, the wise should begin the practice. Also, from the Sambhuti Tantra: Those who desire the characteristic of the navel, the body with form, the vehicle of the higher realms, dwells from above to above. Those who come into beings, become yakshas through appearance. Gods of accomplishment are in the ears. If knowledge goes out from the eyes, people will become kings. From the door of existence, one becomes a preta, and the navel becomes an animal. One will not fall into the eight hells. Thus it is said. From the Body Tantra: The desire realm and happy migrations are in the navel, the body with form is from the bindu. From above, the moon

These three (doors) are the means to reach the happy realms. From the nose, one is born in the place of Yakshas. From the ears, one is born as a non-human being. If a goddess is born from the eyes, people will become kings. From the door of the mouth, one is born as a hungry ghost. From urine, one is born as an animal. From feces, one goes to hell. If one cannot grasp the clear light and does not complete the transference of consciousness, one will appear in the bardo. The Manjushri Oral Transmission says: Thereafter, with the power of miraculous abilities, one attains the form of a five-year-old child. May one achieve unsurpassed and complete bliss! Also, the Five Stages say: The three consciousnesses again transform into the body of a yogi. From this, it is said to be the illusory body. Also, the Stages say: Through conventional truth, the illusion is, the enjoyment body is also it. That is, the Gandharva sentient being arises. The Vajra body is also the same. Also, the Compendium of Origins says: Not finding assembly, in existence, for seven days one dwells in the existence bardo. The sentient being of the existence bardo, like climbing without beginning, thus with the rope of karma, one is born exceedingly in the six realms. Also, the Manjushri Oral Transmission says: The mind becomes the Vajra body, from the bardo one will be liberated. Thus it is said. From recognizing the bardo, visualizing oneself as the body of the Victorious Ocean, appearing without inherent existence, (བྷཻཾ, bhaiṁ, भैं, Seed syllable of Bhairava). Relying on it, practicing the Great Seal, the union of generation and completion stages, one will become a Buddha. Transforming into Amitabha Buddha, giving the bardo beings the fearless Dharma, bestowing the path of liberation, in Akanishta becoming Vajradhara, in Tushita becoming Maitreya, in Sukhavati listening to the Dharma, entering the mandala of Chakrasamvara in the twenty-four transcendent realms, enjoying the feast. Transforming one's own body into a thousand Buddhas, offering the palace and the five desirable qualities emanated from one's own mind to the bardo beings, in hell transforming into a precious palace, a rain of flowers, guiding the hell beings with the nature of gods and goddesses, purifying the hungry ghosts with food, drink, and clothing, likewise transforming according to what needs to be tamed among animals, asuras, etc., performing vast benefit for beings. These, from now on, visualizing as the bardo, from (བྷཻཾ, bhaiṁ, भैं, Seed syllable of Bhairava) practicing concentration, perfecting abilities in the bardo. If born in a womb,
