Etc. Also, in this Vajrayana, it is said: There is no need to say much about this. Whatever a yogi focuses on, he should realize it as being like an illusion. Furthermore, when a Bodhisattva merges, from ignorance to old age and death, ultimately performing the twelve links, one should make the teachings abide. I speak of it as being like a dream and an illusion. The meaning of what was said is this: On the crown of the head, offer and supplicate the guru whose nature is an illusory body, and dissolve him into oneself. In the session intervals, all phenomena, though appearing as non-existent, are manifestations of dreams and illusions, the arising from aggregation, Pe Wang. Each and every one is impermanent, like dew on the tip of grass; arising and ceasing in an instant, like bubbles in water; appearing as non-existent, like reflections in a mirror; clinging to as real by a deluded mind, is a dream; without connection, like the moon in water, Bhaim. In short, all phenomena arise from causes and conditions, are illusions; wavering and unstable, like mirages; places and enjoyments appearing as non-existent, are cities of gandharvas; appearing but without self-nature, are rainbows; clear and complete, are reflections in a mirror; pervading all, like the moon in water; though being oneself, appearing as another, is an echo in a valley; dreams together with consciousness; changing due to impermanence, is lightning; appearing as non-existent, is an eye disease; one appearing as many, is a cloud; transforming into various forms. Thus, like the twelve examples of illusion, one should think that all phenomena are unreal and like illusions, and recite Bhaim. Just as an illusory person performs illusory actions, in the session intervals, perform Dharma practices etc., at all times holding the pride of oneself being the great compassionate one with two arms, and abandon all non-virtue. In the tantra it says: One can recognize oneself as a deity, and should also abandon remembering ordinary actions. In the stages of the illusory path it says: Even small sins should be abandoned, and all virtues should be embraced. The nature of Dharma, illusion, in the initial meaning, with accumulations etc., is the path of accumulation. Thus it is said. Thus, visualizing the illusory body of the illusory deity and reciting Bhaim, and the merit of practicing the illusory conduct in the session intervals, in the sequence of self-blessing it says: Without sorrow, without fear, without attachment, without fear, also without decline, without suffering, the mind is not at ease, Definite seeing and likewise hearing, evil spirits and evil wealth, and whatever evil thoughts arise, are all the nature of certainty.

There, I shall purify by blessing myself. The arising of excrement and urine, and epidemics and diseases, etc., and natural aging, etc., all shall be healed by illusion. Thus it says. The samadhi like illusion, should be constantly experienced by the yogi. Whatever extensive signs, etc., rely on the tantra of yoga, one should focus on them as illusion itself, and enter into them. Not entering and discriminating, and agitation and speech, likewise, going and staying and sleeping and eating, one should remember as the actions of illusion. Thus it says. Of immeasurable contemplation rituals, mantra and body's samadhi, if illusion is not found, all that is done is devoid of fruit. Thus it says. From the Five Stages: Abiding in the samadhi like illusion, everything is seen as similar to that. Thus it says. The afflictive emotions are the body of the path, the agent and the fruit are definitely like a mirage (Tibetan: སྨིག་རྒྱུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मृगतृष्णा, Sanskrit Romanization: mṛgatṛṣṇā, literal Chinese meaning: mirage) and a dream, definitely similar to a gandharva city (Tibetan: དྲི་ཟའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गन्धर्वनगर, Sanskrit Romanization: gandharvanagara, literal Chinese meaning: gandharva city). Because of not knowing this samadhi, by focusing on the conventional, various kinds of diseases arise, those collections of medicine that are not the cause. Thus it says. From the Vinaya Source: The samadhi like illusion, people who do not understand it at all, without obstruction accumulate poisonous afflictive habitual patterns, those by previously accumulated karma, conditions and death truly arise. Thus it says. From the Explanation of the Bodhicitta: Therefore, the basis of all dharmas, peaceful and similar to illusion, the emptiness that terrifies with rootless sin, is greatly bhēṃ (Tibetan: བྷཻཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: भें, Sanskrit Romanization: bheṃ, literal Chinese meaning: terrifying). Thus it says. From the Tantra of the Ocean of Dakinis: The yogi self in the form of a deity, who manifests in an instant, like lungma and other yogas, transforms into the shape of yoga practice. Emptiness yoga itself is form, it is the characteristic of self-blessing. The yogi should know the fruit of self-blessing like pieces of oily residue. Such a characteristic being established, beings and animals do not understand. Therefore, if one meditates on this illusion, one will attain the unsurpassed state. From the Five Stages: Body and enjoyment and essential points, and earth and perfections, etc., Buddha's illusion and miracles, etc., all are transformations of illusion. Abiding in the samadhi like illusion, again
