听闻。 光芒照耀所有国土。 从自身利益的寂静之地升起。 发起无上菩提心之后。 利益所有众生。 再次光芒照耀三界。 光芒照耀所有众生，净化所有痛苦。 脱离所有痛苦，获得安乐。 所有光芒 वापस 聚集。 所有一切融入自身。 身语意三清净。 证悟自明智慧之义。 念诵十个字是近修。 自身心间的咒鬘。 猛烈向右旋转。 红色光芒向外放射。 从自身的金刚孔。 前往佛母的莲花。 佛母心间的法源中。 吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字周围向左旋转。 从佛母的口进入佛父的口。 融入自身的心间。 如火轮一般。 观想旋转，此后。 光芒即是咒鬘。 如上持续 观想旋转。 由此生起乐空智慧。 或者从自身的心间。 从咒鬘中放射咒鬘。 从自身的右鼻孔出来。 化为胜者海的本尊众。 利益所有众生之后。 वापस 聚集化为咒鬘。 从左鼻孔进入，融入心间。 这二者是修法的观想……由此放射出无量坛城本尊众。 观想遍布所有众生。 注： 随喜念诵十字咒长咒。 之后从身体的诸神中。 光芒向外放射，照耀头顶的。 种姓之主，激发心续。 由此红色光芒遍布虚空。 照耀外器世界。 化为四方形四门宫殿。 外明内明，没有污垢。 内外充满各种欲妙。 其中有千瓣莲花。 如此大小无数。 其中内蕴所有众生。 所有男子都是观世音。 所有女子都是佛母至尊古萨里。 大悲坛城。 圆满无量无边。 直至虚空边际 遍布所有刹土。 一切都是各自莲垫之状。 咒语之声喧嚣震动三界。 是伟大修法的观想。 之后，在没有固定时间的时候。 结行四事业的观想是。 佛母心间咒语左旋。 哈日尼萨（藏文：ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་，梵文天城体：हरिनिःसा，梵文罗马拟音：hariniḥsa，汉语字面意思：哈日尼萨）相连。

Hearing. The light shines on all countries. Arising from the peace of self-interest. Having generated the supreme Bodhicitta. Acting for the benefit of all sentient beings. Again, light radiates to the three realms. The light shines on all sentient beings, purifying all suffering. Free from all suffering, attaining happiness. All the rays of light gather back. By all dissolving into myself. The three doors of body, speech, and mind are purified. The meaning of self-illuminating wisdom is realized. Reciting the ten syllables is approaching. That mantra garland in one's own heart. Spinning violently to the right. Red light radiates outward. From the vajra aperture of oneself. Going to the lotus of the Mother. In the Dharma source in the Mother's heart. The syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) rotates counterclockwise around the edge. From the Mother's mouth, entering the Father's mouth. Dissolving completely into one's own heart. Like a wheel of firebrands. Meditating on the rotation, and after that. The light itself becomes a mantra garland. Continuing as before, Visualizing the rotation. Thereby, the wisdom of bliss and emptiness arises. Or, from one's own heart. From that mantra garland, a mantra garland radiates. Coming out from one's own right nostril. Transforming into the assembly of deities of the Victorious Ones' ocean. Having benefited all sentient beings. Gathering back, transforming into a mantra garland. Entering from the left nostril, dissolving into the heart. These two are the visualization of practice... From that, immeasurable mandala deity assemblies radiate. Visualizing pervading all sentient beings. Note: Recite the ten-syllable mantra or the long mantra as desired. Then, from the deities of the body. Light radiates outward, striking the crown of the head. Striking the lord of the lineage, stimulating the mind stream. From that, red light pervades the sky. Striking the outer container world. Transforming into a four-sided palace with four doors. Outer clarity, inner clarity, without impurity. Inside and out filled with various desirable qualities. Inside, there are lotus flowers with a thousand petals. Such large and small, countless. Inside that, the inner essence is all sentient beings. All males are Avalokiteśvara. All females are the supreme Mother, Gūhyajñāna. The mandala of great compassion. Complete, countless, immeasurable. Reaching the end of the sky, Pervading all realms. All are in the form of their own lotus seat. The sound of mantras roars, shaking the three realms. It is the visualization of great practice. Then, at no fixed time. The visualization of the four activities at the end of the session is: The mantra rotates to the left in the Mother's heart.
