ར་འདས་ཀུན་གྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བཅུད། །སིབས་སེ་བསྡུས་ནས་བདག་ལ་ཐིམ་པ་ཡིས། །ཕྲིན་ལས་འགྲོ་དོན་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ། །སྔགས་རིང་བེ་རོ་ཙ་ནི་ཡེ་ཡི་མཇུག །ནི་རི་ཧ་ས་ཁམས་གསུམ་པ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཞེས་བཟླས་གཏོར་བསྔོས་ཐུན་བསྡུ་གོང་ལྟར་རོ། །མུན་རུབ་སླར་ཡང་བདག་མདུན་ཚར་གཅིག་རྗེས། །བདག་མདུན་བར་དུ་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་གོང་ལྟར་ལས། །སྔགས་ཕྲེང་ལྗང་ནག་ཐག་འཁྱུག་ལྟ་བུ་དེས། །བདག་མདུན་ཀུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་དམ་རྒྱུད་བསྐུལ་བས། །འོད་ཟེར་སྔོན་པོའམ་ལྗང་ནག་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་འཕྲོས། །འོད་ཟེར་རྩུབ་ཅིང་ཚ་བའི་རེག་བྱ་ཡིས། །བདུད་བཞི་ལོག་འདྲེན་དགྲ་བགེགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ནི། །བ་མོར་ཉི་ཟེར་ཕོག་བཞིན་ཚར་བཅད་དེ། །འོད་རྣམས་ཚུར་འདུས་བདག་ལ་ཐིམ་པ་ཡིས། །མཐུ་རྩལ་ནུས་པ་ཐོགས་མེད་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ། །སྔགས་རིང་བེ་རོ་ཙ་ནི་ཡེ་ཡི་མཇུག །ས་ནི་རི་ཧ་དགྲ་བགེགས་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ། དེ་ནས་གཏོར་བསྔོས་ཐུན་བསྡུ་ཉལ་བ་ཡིན། །ཕྱིར་ནངེས་བདག་མདུན་ཚར་གཅིག་ཚར་བའི་རྗེས། །ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའི་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་གྲུབ་ན་ རབ། །མ་ཐོན་ན་ཡང་ཆད་པའི་སྐྱོན་ནི་མེད། །དེ་ལྟར་ནང་སྒྲུབ་གསང་སྒྲུབ་དྲིལ་སྒྲུབ་གསུམ། །མདུན་བསྐྱེད་གཙོ་བོ་སྤྲོས་བཅས་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར། །མཆོད་པ་ཚོགས་གཏོར་གཟབ་པ་གལ་ཆེ་ཞིང་། །སྒྲུབ་པ་དར་དྲག་ཡུན་ཐུང་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་བསྐྱེད། །གལ་ཏེ་དྲིལ་སྒྲུབ་ཟླ་གཅིག་བྱེད་འདོད་ན། །དངོས་གཞི་བདུན་གསུམ་ལས་སྦྱོར་ཞག་བདུན་བྱ། །ཞག་གཅིག་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་ཞག་གཅིག་བདག་འཇུག་དང་། །ཚོགས་མཆོད་རྗེས་ཆོག་ལ་སོགས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན། །ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་གསུམ་དྲིལ་ཏེ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས། །ཟབ་ཅིང་མྱུར་བའི་རླུང་སྒྲུབ་གདམས་པ་ནི། །མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཐབས་མཁས་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་བསྐུལ་བ་དང་། །རིག་འཛིན་སྤྲུལ་སྐུའི་དགོངས་པ་རྫོགས་པའི་ཕྱིར། །ལུག་ལོ་ས་ག་ཟླ་བའི་ཚེས་དགུ་ཡི། །སྔ་དྲོའི་ཐུན་ལ་རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱས་གདམས། །ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་སློབ་བུ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ནོ། །འདི་བྲིས་འགལ་འཁྲུལ་ཉེས་པ་ལྷ་ལ་བཤགས། །དགེ་བས་སྤྲུལ་སྐུའི་ཟག་མེད་ཐུགས་དགོངས་རྫོགས། །འདི་ལ་འབྲེལ་བ་ཐོགས་ཚད་འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་དངོས་སུ་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ཏེ། །འབྲེལ་ཚད་དོན་ལྡན་མངོན་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཤོག། །།སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། དཔལ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་ཆོ་གའི་ཟིན་བྲིས་རབ་གསལ་ཐར་པའི་ལམ་ཆེན་ལས། ལྷ་དགུའི་དྲིལ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་ཟིན་བྲིས།

所有逝去者的成就精华， 悉数凝聚融入我身， 事业利生任运成就获悉地。 长咒 贝若扎那 耶 之后， 尼日哈 萨 三界 巴香 咕如 梭哈。 如上念诵，供施朵玛，收摄座次。 黑暗再次降临，自身与本尊各一次之后， 自身与本尊之间，如上咒鬘。 咒鬘绿黑色，如闪电般， 策励自身与本尊一切誓言， 蓝色或绿黑色光芒，向十方放射。 光芒粗糙灼热的触感， 四魔、邪祟、仇敌、障碍一切， 如阳光照在雪上般消灭， 光芒收回融入我身， 威力、能力、无碍成就获得。 长咒 贝若扎那 耶 之后， 萨尼日哈 仇敌 障碍 玛拉亚 吽 啪。 之后供施朵玛，收摄座次，然后睡眠。 内外自身与本尊各一次之后， 圆满的护摩成就则为殊胜， 未成就亦无中断之过。 如是内修、秘密修、合修三者， 前生本尊为主，因有修饰， 供品会供朵玛丰盛至关重要， 修法兴盛短暂，生起精进。 若欲合修一月， 正行二十一，加行七日。 一日护摩，一日自入， 会供、后行等皆应行持。 总集内外密三种而修之法， 甚深迅速之风修诀窍是， 为究竟方便二者所劝请， 为使持明转世者之意圆满故， 羊年（1991）萨嘎月九日， 早晨之时，Ra嘎阿亚所传授。 书写者为弟子塔钦。 此书写若有错谬，向天神忏悔。 愿以此善，圆满转世者无漏之意。 与此结缘的一切众生， 愿大悲观世音真实成就， 结缘者皆具意义，现前成佛。 萨瓦 芒嘎拉姆（梵文，Sarva Mangalam，一切吉祥）！ 吉祥自在世间尊仪轨之记录，显明解脱之道大路中，九尊之合修记录。

The essence of accomplishments of all the departed, Condensed and absorbed into myself, May I attain spontaneous accomplishment and siddhis in activities and benefiting beings. The long mantra, after "Vairocana Ye," add: Niriha Sa, the three realms, Pa Sham Kuru Svaha. Recite as above, offer torma, dedicate, and gather the session. When darkness falls again, after one round of self and front generation, Between self and front generation, the mantra garland as above. That green-black mantra garland, like a flashing lightning, Stimulates the vows of all self and front generation, Blue or green-black rays radiate in ten directions. The rough and hot touch of the rays, All four maras, evil spirits, enemies, and obstacles, Are cut off like sunlight hitting frost, The rays gather back and dissolve into myself, May I attain unobstructed siddhis of power, ability, and energy. The long mantra, after "Vairocana Ye," add: Sa Niriha, enemies, obstacles, Maraya Hum Phat. Then offer torma, dedicate, gather the session, and sleep. After one round of outer and inner self and front generation, If the perfect fire offering is accomplished, it is excellent, Even if not, there is no fault of interruption. Thus, the three, inner practice, secret practice, and combined practice, Since the front generation is mainly elaborate, It is important to have elaborate offerings, tsok, and torma, Practice flourishes strongly for a short time, generate diligence. If you want to do the combined practice for a month, Do the main part for twenty-one days, and the preliminary practices for seven days. One day for fire offering, one day for self-entry, Tsok offering, subsequent rituals, etc., should be done. The method of combining the three, outer, inner, and secret, The profound and swift wind practice instructions are, Urged by the two, ultimate and skillful means, For the sake of fulfilling the intention of the Vidyadhara incarnate, On the ninth day of the Saga month of the Sheep year (1991), In the morning session, Ra Ga Asya taught.
