Having paid homage to the Bhagavan Supreme Bliss, I will write a condensed version of the continuous practice of the Naropa Five Deities. May the brave Dakinis grant their blessings. Having arranged the inner offering and Torma as much as possible, either generate the mandala in front or focus on the Torma. From A, in the skull cup, a vast ocean of offering clouds, and on top of the wind and fire skull generator, in the Kapala, five meats, five amritas, and three syllables. Boil and melt them into flawless nectar. I take refuge in the Lama and the Three Jewels. For the benefit of beings, I will accomplish the glorious Heruka. Clearly visualize oneself as the deity, and with light, invite all the merit fields to the sky, prostrate, offer the assembly of offerings. Confess all sins, rejoice in all virtues. Request the turning of the Dharma wheel and pray for them to remain forever. Dedicate the merit so that all beings may attain enlightenment. May all beings have happiness, be free from all suffering, have undiminished happiness, and abide in equanimity. The merit field dissolves into oneself, becoming emptiness without characteristics. In the center of the blazing mountain, rocky mountain, charnel ground palace, from Hūṃ, oneself arises as the form of the net of vows. Possessing the six seals, standing with the right leg extended. The consort embracing the one holding the vajra bell. Vajravarahi embraces, holding a curved knife and skull cup. Enjoying the lotus, sun, and the seat that falls during fearful times. The three syllables in the three places, adorned with the six syllables in the six places. Four consorts in the four directions, and vases in the four corners. From Hūṃ, light radiates, inviting the wisdom beings. The empowerment deities bestow empowerment, marked by the lords of the families. The assembly of goddesses arising from the seed syllables and light. Filling the sky, they offer and praise. Oṃ śrī heruka saparivāra sarva pratīccha pūja megha samudra spharaṇa samaye hūṃ svāhā. Yogis, secret mantras, dakinis. The nature of the three wheels. I praise all of you. My body, three channels, possessing four chakras. In the clear navel, from Oṃ, fire blazes. Burning the Hūṃ in the heart and the O in the throat.
