随喜之后，心中忆念佛陀菩提，于佛法僧三宝至尊，直至菩提之间皈依。为能成办自他二利，发起殊胜菩提之心。发起殊胜菩提心之后，视一切众生为我的宾客。修持殊胜悦意的菩提行，为利有情愿能成就佛果。念诵三遍。之后，想要请求此大悲尊的身灌顶吗？想要请求语灌顶吗？想要请求意灌顶吗？想要请求功德灌顶吗？想要请求事业灌顶吗？如是说。弟子也说：想要请求身语意功德事业一切灌顶。现在为了你们这些弟子生起为本尊，如此修持吧！从空性之中，弟子刹那间，成为大悲尊，身色红色，一面四臂，最初双手合掌，下面两手持念珠莲花，跏趺坐，以绸缎和珍宝严饰。顶上有莲花生阿阇黎紫红色，双手持钺刀颅器，双足半跏趺坐。右边有马头明王红色，全套忿怒装束，右手持钺刀，左手持铃，发出马鸣声。左边有秘密佛母红色，持钺刀颅器和，宝剑卡杖嘎，双足舞姿。下面有黑袍金刚，乌云颜色，手持弯刀血颅，身披黑袍，将怨敌邪魔压于足下。主尊心间以（ཧྲིཿ，HRIH，hrih，舍）字咒语围绕，从那放射光明，供养十方诸佛。那一切化为大悲尊之身，如雨般降下融入你们，获得灌顶和加持成就。吽！（ཧཱུྃ，HŪṂ，hūṃ，吽）诸佛如海的本尊众，祈请降临此处，降下大加持，祈请赐予具缘具信者殊胜灌顶，祈请遣除邪引、夭折、障碍。嗡啊吽嘿！（ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧིཿ，Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hīḥ，oṃ āḥ hūṃ hīḥ，嗡啊吽嘿）嗡嘛呢呗美吽！（ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ，oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，嗡嘛呢呗美吽）班杂 阿威舍亚 阿阿！（བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ，Vajra Āveśaya Ā Āḥ，vajra āveśaya ā āḥ，金刚 祈请入我 阿阿）金刚杵置于头顶，（ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་，Tiṣṭha Vajra，tiṣṭha vajra，安住金刚）现在首先想要请求身灌顶，因为身是宝瓶，你们观想此宝瓶即是大悲尊的坛城，一切本尊都清晰地显现在这个宝瓶之中，如是观想，宝瓶是

After rejoicing, remember the Buddha's Bodhi in your mind, and take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha until enlightenment. In order to accomplish the benefit of both oneself and others, generate the supreme Bodhicitta. After generating the supreme Bodhicitta, regard all sentient beings as my guests. Practice the supreme and pleasing Bodhisattva conduct, and may I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. Recite three times. Then, do you wish to request the body empowerment of this Great Compassionate One? Do you wish to request the speech empowerment? Do you wish to request the mind empowerment? Do you wish to request the merit empowerment? Do you wish to request the activity empowerment? Say so. The disciples also say: We wish to request all empowerments of body, speech, mind, merit, and activity. Now, in order for you disciples to arise as deities, meditate like this! From emptiness, the disciples in an instant become the Great Compassionate One, with a red-colored body, one face, and four arms, the first two hands in prayer, the lower two holding a rosary and a lotus, sitting in the lotus posture, adorned with silk and precious jewels. On the crown of the head is Padmasambhava, the Acharya, dark purple, with two hands holding a damaru and a skull cup, with feet in a half-lotus posture. On the right is Hayagriva, red, with complete wrathful attire, the right hand holding a curved knife, the left hand holding a bell, emitting the sound of a horse. On the left is Guhyajnana Dakini, red, holding a curved knife and skull cup, and a khatvanga, with both feet in a dancing posture. Below is Mahakala, the color of rain clouds, holding a hooked knife and a blood-filled skull cup, wearing a black cloak, pressing enemies, obstacles, and sorcerers under his feet. In the heart of the main deity, surrounded by the mantra (ཧྲིཿ，HRIH，hrih，Hrih), from which light radiates, offering to the Buddhas of the ten directions. All of that transforms into the body of the Great Compassionate One, falling like rain and dissolving into you, obtaining empowerment, blessings, and accomplishments. Hūṃ! May this purify the obscurations of the body, may you receive the empowerment of the body, may you have the authority to contemplate the body as the deity, and may you have the fortune to accomplish the Nirmāṇakāya. Now, if you wish to request the empowerment of speech, the empowerment of speech is a crystal rosary, contemplate that the rosary made of light from the heart of the deities of Great Compassion dissolves into my heart, emerges from my ear and dissolves into your ear, becoming inseparable from your heart, thereby receiving all the empowerments of the speech of Great Compassion. Hūṃ! This rosary is the supreme of speech, by placing it on your throat, may you completely receive all the empowerments of speech of the deities of Great Compassion without exception! Then, if you wish to request the empowerment of mind, the empowerment of mind is the empowerment of the vajra, contemplate that this vajra is all the deities of Great Compassion, by placing it on the heart, all the deities of Great Compassion dissolve, thereby receiving all the empowerments of mind.
