རང་ཉིད་དྲག་པོ་དངོས་ཡིན་སྙམ་པའི་ང་རྒྱལ་དང་ལྷ་འདྲེ་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་གི་སེམས་ལས་གཞན་ན་མ་གྲུབ་པ་ལྟ་བའི་གདེང་བསྐྱེད༔ གོང་གི་སྔགས་རིང་ལ་འོག་གི་སྔགས་རིང་བཏགས་ལ་ཁྲི་ཚོ་ཙམ་ཅི་འགྲུབ་བཟླ༔ དེ་ཚེ་དམིགས་པ་ཡང་གོང་ལྟར་རོ༔ གཞུང་ལྟར་ཐུལ་རྟགས་བྱུང་ནས་གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་རང་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས་དམ་ལས་འདའ་རེ་གནོད་པ་བྱ་རེ་ན་ར་ཀན་ཞེས་ལན་དགུ་ཟེར་བར་བསྒོམ༔ དེ་ནས་ལས་བྱང་ཚར་གཅིག་ཚོགས་བསྐང་བ་རྒྱས་པ༔ དྲེགས་པ་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་སོགས་སྲིད་གསུམ་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས༔ བདག་གིས་དྲེགས་པ་ཐུལ་ཞིང་སྲིད་གསུམ་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ ལན་བདུན་བརྗོད༔ དམར་གཏོར་གཅིག་ལ་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་འབར་མ་འདོན༔ ཚད་མདོ་བརྟན་སྐྱོང་ཡང་འབུལ༔ མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཕུར་བུ་ལ་བསྟིམ༔ དྲག་པོ་དངོས་ཡིན་སྙམ་པའི་གདེང་དང་ལྡན་པས༔ བདག་བསྐྱེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་གཤེགས་པར་གསུངས་ཀྱང་མི་གཤེགས་པར་རང་ལ་ བསྟིམས་ནས་དམིགས་མེད་དུ་བཞག་པ་ཟབ༔ གཞིན་བྱ་ཚུལ་རྣམས་ནི་གཞུང་ལྟར་རོ༔ ཨ་རཱ་གས་སོ༔ སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ༔ ༧ ཁམས་སྟོད་སྒོམ་སྡེ་ནང་ཆེན་འབང་སྒང་གནས་མདོ་གསང་སྔགས་ཆོས་འཕེལ་གླིང་དཔེ་རྙིང་ཉམས་གསོ་ཁང་གིས་བསྒྲིགས་ཏེ་པར་བསྐྲུན་ཞུས།། སྲིད་གསུམ་ཟིལ་གནོན་གྱི་འདོན་འགྲིགས།

生起视自己为真正忿怒尊的傲慢，并生起视一切天魔非自心所显现之坚定信念。将上方的长咒与下方的长咒相连，念诵一千万遍以成就。彼时，观想亦如前。如经中所述，当出现降伏之征兆，一切鬼神皆向你顶礼，并观想他们说九遍“那拉堪（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）”，祈求不要违背誓言，不要造成伤害。之后，完成一次仪轨，进行盛大的会供。祈请加持，使我能以威力压倒傲慢的八部众等三有。我降伏傲慢，愿能以威力压倒三有！念诵七遍。献一个红供品，念诵《胜幢火焰》。也献上量度经和坚固护法。将前方的生起本尊融入金刚橛。因具有视自己为真正忿怒尊的坚定信念，即使说本尊智慧尊降临，也不令其降临，而是融入自身，置于无所缘之中，此甚深。其余所作之法，皆如经中所述。阿惹嘎梭！萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！第七世，康区上部果芒寺囊谦昂冈寺座经堂密咒法增林古籍修复室编辑出版。 镇伏三有之仪轨。

Generate the pride of considering yourself as the actual wrathful deity, and cultivate the firm conviction of viewing all gods and demons as not existing apart from your own mind. Connect the long mantra above with the long mantra below, and recite it ten million times to accomplish it. At that time, the visualization is also as before. As stated in the scripture, when signs of subjugation appear, all ghosts and spirits will prostrate to you, and contemplate them saying nine times, "Nara Kan (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)," pleading not to break their vows and not to cause harm. After that, complete one ritual and perform an extensive tsok offering. Bless me to overpower the arrogant eight classes and the three realms with power. May I subdue arrogance and overpower the three realms with power! Recite seven times. Offer a red torma and recite the 'Victorious Banner Flame.' Also offer the Measurement Sutra and the steadfast protectors. Dissolve the visualized phurba in front into yourself. Because you have the firm conviction of considering yourself as the actual wrathful deity, even though it is said that the wisdom being of the self-generation descends, do not let it descend, but dissolve it into yourself and place it in non-objectification, which is profound. The remaining procedures are as described in the scripture. Ah Ra Gah So!
