Place the practice torma on your head, and combine the visualization of the white, red, and blue lights from the five places of the front generation, as described above, and recite this verse: Hrih! The essence of the vase is the lotus blazing with light, immeasurable rays spreading to fill the sky. All the Buddhas, the three family protectors, and the essences of earth, water, fire, and wind, each manifest their own color. Flesh, blood, warmth, and breath are restored, and like the waxing moon, may I obtain the power, ability, merit, and empowerment of life. Kaya vakra tsitta sarva abhi shintsa hum! Recite the dharani and place the torma on your head. Then take the vase, Hrih! The nectar of the vase is the lotus blazing with light, immeasurable rays spreading to fill the sky. All the Buddhas, the three family protectors, and those with worldly wealth, power, merit, all with profound and uncorrupted power, ability, and energy, now grant this child the empowerment of life. Om Ah Hum Vajra... Recite the mantra and place the vase on the head, pouring the vase water. Then, the visualization of prolonging life by relying on longevity pills and longevity wine is: Previously, King Tsuglag Dzin and the daughter of Yangpachen, etc., because they ate the Brahmin's meat pills, obtained the rainbow body vajra body. Visualize the pill as the small body of Orgyen Amitayus, with complete limbs, appearing from the eastern gate, constantly residing on the eight petals of the heart lotus. Hum! All the Buddhas of the past, present, and future, achieved through relying on this practice pill. Guru's blessings are inseparable from the pill, granting it as food to the fortunate lineage child. Without abandoning the samaya substance, enjoy the essence as the core. Enjoy food and wealth, and obtain the empowerment of life. Recite the longevity dharani mantra and place it on the tongue. Relying on longevity wine to prolong life is: Previously, the great accomplished Bird-Foot and Aryadeva, etc., achieved immortality by relying on longevity wine. Like drinking the nectar that arises from Orgyen Amitayus dissolving into light, obtaining the accomplishment of immortal life, without illness, increasing the youth of bliss. Visualize possessing the youth of sixteen, full of vitality. Hum! All the sages and vidyadharas of the past relied on the longevity practice nectar.

By relying on this, may it be accomplished! May the blessings of the Victorious Ones, like nectar, never be separated! May it quench the thirst of the fortunate sons of the lineage! May the inner and outer Bodhicitta elements increase and expand! May the warmth of bliss spontaneously blaze, and may the empowerment of life be attained! The protective instruction is as follows: Visualize in front of you the radiant body of a lotus, and from it, a rain of various vajra garlands descends. Visualize that you are wearing a vajra armor on your body, and that the light is shimmering.
