于地放射，东方持香天神手中所漂泊之寿命、精华、被盗之物、被夺之物全部，光之明点白色而闪耀，油润而凝聚，以绿色的字标示，无量聚集，从梵穴顶轮，丝丝渗入身体。如是黄色光芒如索套般向南方放射，南方阎罗手中所漂泊之寿命、精华、被盗之物、被夺之物全部聚集。红色光芒如铁链般向西方放射，西方龙魔手中所漂泊之寿命、精华、被盗之物、被夺之物全部聚集。又绿色光芒铃铛形状向北方放射，北方夜叉手中所漂泊之寿命、精华、被盗之物、被夺之物全部聚集。又蓝色光芒向上方放射，梵天等色界之神和，帝释天等欲界之神，上方天子之魔，星曜的星辰手中所漂泊之寿命、精华、被盗之物、被夺之物全部聚集。又各色光芒向下方放射，欢喜、世间安立等龙、凶煞、地神全部手中所漂泊之寿命、精华、被盗之物、被夺之物全部聚集。明点白色而闪耀，油润而凝聚，以绿色的字标示，无量聚集，从梵穴顶轮，丝丝渗入身体，故而魂、命、寿、气息之衰损全部恢复，获得不死之寿命和如金刚般的生命，观想光彩光芒闪耀，特别是此寿命食子，观想为莲师光明身，心间的（ཧྲཱིཿ，hrih，赫利，大悲心）字，寿命咒语于右旋转，从中放射出无量白色、黄色、红色、绿色光芒，充满虚空，故而土地之精华全部如黄金般的黄色，水之精华全部如水晶般的白色，火之精华全部如红宝石般的红色，风之精华全部如绿宝石般的绿色，虚空之精华全部如青金石般的蓝色，聚集于手中之宝瓶和天神的口中，化为不死之寿命甘露，寿命食子和颅器宝瓶之中降下甘露之流，进入梵穴顶轮，通过中脉，充满顶轮大乐轮，喉咙

Radiating to the earth, all the life, essence, stolen and plundered things wandering in the hands of the Gandharvas in the east, the white and shimmering light spots, oily and condensed, marked with green letters, gathered immeasurably, seeping into the body from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head. Similarly, yellow rays of light like lassos radiate to the south, gathering all the life, essence, stolen and plundered things wandering in the hands of Yama in the south. Red rays of light like iron chains radiate to the west, gathering all the life, essence, stolen and plundered things wandering in the hands of the Naga demons in the west. Again, green rays of light in the shape of bells radiate to the north, gathering all the life, essence, stolen and plundered things wandering in the hands of the Yakshas in the north. Again, blue rays of light radiate upwards, the gods of the form realm such as Brahma, and the gods of the desire realm such as Indra, the demons of the sons of the gods in the upper direction, gathering all the life, essence, stolen and plundered things wandering in the hands of the planets and stars. Again, rays of light of various colors radiate downwards, gathering all the life, essence, stolen and plundered things wandering in the hands of all the Nagas, fierce spirits, and earth lords such as Nanda and Upananda. The white and shimmering light spots, oily and condensed, marked with green letters, gathered immeasurably, seeping into the body from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head, thus restoring all the losses of soul, life, vitality, and breath, obtaining the immortal life and the vajra-like life force, contemplating the radiance blazing with light, especially this life torma, visualizing it as Guru Padmasambhava's radiant body, the (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrih，Hrih，Great Compassion) syllable at the heart, the life mantra rotating to the right, from which radiate immeasurable white, yellow, red, and green rays of light, filling the sky, thus all the essence of the earth becomes yellow like gold, all the essence of water becomes white like crystal, all the essence of fire becomes red like ruby, all the essence of wind becomes green like emerald, all the essence of space becomes blue like lapis lazuli, gathering into the vase in the hand and the mouths of the deities, transforming into the immortal nectar of life, streams of nectar descend into the life torma and the kapala vase, entering the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head, passing through the central channel, filling the great bliss wheel at the crown of the head, the throat

The wheel of enjoyment, the wheel of Dharma in the heart, the wheel of manifestation in the navel, the wheel of bliss-guarding in the secret place, from the crown of the head down to the soles of the feet, filled to the brim with the nectar of immortality, all diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles to life are expelled from the lower gate and the soles of the feet, from the pores of the hair, black and dense. All the decline of life in flesh and blood, warmth, breath, and mind is restored. The qualities of earth are perfected, so the body is hard and stable like a diamond. The qualities of water are perfected, so the body is smooth and warm like fresh butter warmed by the sun. The qualities of fire are perfected, so the body is clear and radiant like the sun without clouds. The qualities of wind are perfected, so the body is light and heroic like the king of garudas. The qualities of mind are perfected, so there is no pain, like a monk absorbed in the four meditations. All life and merit increase like the waxing moon. All the strength, skill, and qualities of the body increase, and generate the confidence of obtaining the immortal vajra life. Thus it is said. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ)! The outer is a vase filled with nectar, the secret meaning is the lotus Amitayus, in the five places are five hand symbols and five syllables, immeasurable rays of light radiate and fill the sky, Vī (藏文：བཱི，梵文天城体：वी，梵文罗马拟音：vī，汉语字面意思：Vī)! From the hand of the eastern Gandharva, hook with an iron hook! From the hand of the southern Yama, hook with a lasso! From the hand of the western Naga demon, hook with an iron chain! From the hand of the northern Yaksha, hook with a bell! From the hand of the upper Brahma and Indra, hook! From the hand of the lower Nandikeshvara, hook! Connect the severed life, restore the decline, repair the broken, restore all the deteriorated. The rays are white and shimmering, oily and round, they seep into the body from the crown of the head. Obtain the empowerment of the radiant, immortal life!
