Slightly open your mouth, the wisdom wind arises, making a "woosh woosh" sound and gathering it in, just as a magnet attracts iron filings, it dissolves into the three syllables inside the gau. Radiance, light, brilliance, and glory blaze forth. The gau is closed, and on top of the four crossed horns of the vajra below, the fully adorned Tsepak Yeshe Sempa (Amitayus Wisdom Bodhisattva) resides as the support for unchanging life. Hung, from the expanse of the sky... Om Trat Tra Shag! Mutra Ho! Tishta Lhan! Recite a hundred times or as many as possible, and contemplate attaining the deathless vidyadhara at the age of one hundred. Taking the self-entry is: With one-pointed devotion, join your palms and pray: Alas! All Buddhas of the three times, etc., grant the accomplishment of the deathless vajra life. After praying in this way three times, Hrih! From the vases of the life goddesses, the essences are gently poured into the nectar vase. Filled with oils, from the Brahma aperture, the sound of mantras "drip drip" empowers us yogis. As nectar descends, our bodies are filled with lightness. Visualize white Nara descending from the mouth of the vase. From the samadhi vase of Amitayus, deathless wisdom nectar descends, and from the union of the father and mother, red and white bodhicitta descends into our own Brahma aperture. In any case, from above the secret place, the radiance, light, and glory of the body blaze forth. May we attain the vajra body, free from birth and death! Om Bandha Kaya Abhisincha Om! A Padma Kaya Abhisincha A! Hung Vajra Kaya Abhisincha Hung! Sa Ratna Kaya Abhisincha Sva! Hva Karma Kaya Abhisincha Hum! At this time, it means that one has received the empowerment of samadhi. Therefore, this practice manual and praise of the Secret Assembly of Longevity Accomplishment is an unerring treasure text, and all the single sentences inserted in between are the essential points secretly hidden in the Garland of Lotuses of Accomplishment and the Longevity Accomplishment treasure's own text, written in verse by Unequaled Raga Asya and hidden together in one place. It is compiled and resides in the Longevity Accomplishment practice manual text. When paper was scarce for each individual, the single sentences of the meaning of the mind were extracted separately, and this, which was written after clearly marking each symbol separately, was done by Rigdzin Sherab Chodwang in Gela Don, and it is certain that there is no other alteration or adulteration.

One of the base texts here is the manuscript of Kunzang Sherab, in which the extremely secret and hidden visualizations are not written in verses, but are marked as such in the ritual manual, and there is not even a single word elsewhere. One is Tsezhung Gyatso, the direct disciple of Chakme, and the other is Dechen, the attendant of Mingyur Dorje, both of whom have written everything in verses, and except for a very few parts, everything else is the same. Good! The beginning of compiling the connecting parts of the longevity accomplishment ritual.
