十方诸佛无量尊，化现无量寿佛身。 复将寂怒诸佛尊，化为不死甘露精，融入自身与宝瓶。复有诸天与仙人，以及轮王等圣众，寿命福德与光彩，化为阿弥吽三字（藏文：ཨ་མྲྀཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：अमृहुं，梵文罗马拟音：amṛhuṃ，汉语字面意思：甘露、吽），光明闪耀聚集此。 所有威光皆摄集，融入自身与寿瓶，五大精华亦融入，化为不死智慧甘露，宝瓶之中光灿灿，观想沸腾诵此咒：嗡 咕噜 阿育悉地 吽 舍（藏文：ཨོ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུསིདྡྷི་ཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ओ गुरु आयुस्सिद्धि हुं ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：o guru āyussiddhi huṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡 咕噜 长寿成就 吽 舍），阿玛Ra尼 纪万德耶 梭哈（藏文：ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛི་བན་ཏི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：अ मारणि जिवन्तिये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：a māraṇi jivantiye svāhā，汉语字面意思：啊，不杀，生命，愿吉祥）。念诵一百零八遍。然后拉紧加持绳，进行收放，自身心间的咒鬘放出光芒，射中前方生起宝瓶本尊的心间。由此光芒四射，整个世间都充满寿命的自性，以及香气、阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：无）、吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：huṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的自性，一切外器内情都融化充满。嗡嗡地聚集，宝瓶充满三字（藏文：འབྲུ་གསུམ，梵文天城体：त्र्यक्षर，梵文罗马拟音：tryakṣara，汉语字面意思：三字）之火，融入自身，所有长寿天众的右方都持有长寿箭旗五种，左方都拿着长寿宝瓶。五种种子字从上方迎请，本尊面前的 心间咒语放出光芒，十方诸佛的身语意功德事业的五种，以及五大的精华，三字（藏文：འབྲུ་གསུམ，梵文天城体：त्र्यक्षर，梵文罗马拟音：tryakṣara，汉语字面意思：三字）在禅定中清晰，以气息之马迎请，从鼻孔风箱中也放出吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：huṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），三字（藏文：འབྲུ་གསུམ，梵文天城体：त्र्यक्षर，梵文罗马拟音：tryakṣara，汉语字面意思：三字），特别是迷失的克里（藏文：ཀྲྀ，梵文天城体：कृ，梵文罗马拟音：kṛ，汉语字面意思：做），自身魂命上升，被邪魔所夺的一切，不由自主地聚集勾召，并反复清晰地融入宝瓶和自身，自身和宝瓶充满，特别是融入自身心间的日月嘎乌盒结合的命根三字（藏文：འབྲུ་གསུམ，梵文天城体：त्र्यक्षर，梵文罗马拟音：tryakṣara，汉语字面意思：三字），观想充满光彩和威严，念诵：吽吽 班杂 阿玉色 阿（藏文：ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：हुं हुं वज्र आयुषे आ，梵文罗马拟音：huṃ huṃ vajra āyuṣe ā，汉语字面意思：吽 吽 金刚 寿命 啊），嗡 班杂等。如此激励勾召，融入具缘者的身体后，现在是长寿的开端，如此灌顶，身体内部，如甘露牛奶般的精华，充满的精华中的精华，心髓，心间的日月嘎乌

The immeasurable victorious ones of the ten directions, appear as the essence of immeasurable life. Again, the peaceful and wrathful victorious ones, are visualized as the essence of immortal wisdom nectar, absorbed into oneself and the vase. Furthermore, gods, sages, and universal monarchs, their life, merit, glory, and radiance, are visualized as rays of light gathering in the form of the three syllables Ah, Mri, Hum (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：अमृहुं，梵文罗马拟音：amṛhuṃ，汉语字面意思：Nectar, Hum), shimmering and gathering. Gathering all the splendor, absorbed into oneself and the life vase, the essence of the five elements is also absorbed in this way, transforming into immortal wisdom nectar, shimmering in the vase, visualizing it boiling and reciting this mantra: Om Guru Ayusiddhi Hum Hrih (藏文：ཨོ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུསིདྡྷི་ཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ओ गुरु आयुस्सिद्धि हुं ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：o guru āyussiddhi huṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Om Guru Accomplishment of Life Hum Hrih), Ama Ra Ni Jivantiye Svaha (藏文：ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛི་བན་ཏི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：अ मारणि जिवन्तिये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：a māraṇi jivantiye svāhā，汉语字面意思：Ah, non-killing, life, may it be auspicious). Recite one hundred and eight times. Then, pull the empowerment cord and perform the gathering and dispersing, rays of light emanate from the mantra garland at one's heart, striking the heart of the vase deity generated in front. From that, rays of light emanate, filling the entire world with the nature of life, and the nature of fragrance, the syllables A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：without), and Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：huṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), each and every vessel and content dissolving and filling. Gathering with a whooshing sound, the vase is filled with the fire of the three syllables (藏文：འབྲུ་གསུམ，梵文天城体：त्र्यक्षर，梵文罗马拟音：tryakṣara，汉语字面意思：three syllables), absorbed into oneself, and all the life deity assemblies all hold life arrows and banners of the five families in their right hands, and life vases in their left hands. Inviting the five seed syllables from above, rays of light emanate from the syllable lineage at the heart of the lineage master in front, the five types of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the victorious ones of the ten directions, and the essence of the five elements, the three syllables (藏文：འབྲུ་གསུམ，梵文天城体：त्र्यक्षर，梵文罗马拟音：tryakṣara，汉语字面意思：three syllables) are clear in samadhi, drawn on the horse of breath, and from the bellows of the nostrils, the syllable Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：huṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) also emanates, the three syllables (藏文：འབྲུ་གསུམ，梵文天城体：त्र्यक्षर，梵文罗马拟音：tryakṣara，汉语字面意思：three syllables), and especially the wandering Kri (藏文：ཀྲྀ，梵文天城体：कृ，梵文罗马拟音：kṛ，汉语字面意思：do), one's own life force rises, all that has been taken by demons and obstacles is involuntarily gathered and summoned, and repeatedly and clearly absorbed into the vase and oneself, one's own body and the vase are filled, and especially absorbed into the life-sustaining three syllables (藏文：འབྲུ་གསུམ，梵文天城体：त्र्यक्षर，梵文罗马拟音：tryakṣara，汉语字面意思：three syllables) of the union of the sun and moon amulet at one's heart, contemplate being filled with radiance and splendor, and recite: Hum Hum Vajra Ayushe Ah (藏文：ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：हुं हुं वज्र आयुषे आ，梵文罗马拟音：huṃ huṃ vajra āyuṣe ā，汉语字面意思：Hum Hum Vajra Life Ah), Om Vajra, etc. Thus, having finished inspiring, summoning, and absorbing into the body of the fortunate one, now is the beginning of life, thus, by bestowing empowerment, inside the body, the essences like nectar and milk, all the essence of the filled essence, the heart essence, the sun and moon amulet at the heart
