以殊胜清净的供品，请您享用荟供轮！ 舍！人主身语意秘密集，五身位处之寿主父母五尊，脉轮法轮小明妃遍布。处所脐间之火乃自生火，口权之灶舌为火，手捧食子以涂供，献供于胜乐金刚诸神。愿义聚圆满，成就无死！ 嗡 咕噜 阿育 悉地 吽！ 荟供轮 普扎 呵！ 如是饱足享用后，陈设残食。 嗡 阿 卡 惹 以加持之。 吽！ 秘密智慧空行之眷属，二十四处之使者大怖畏，由前业所成之食肉母，身白黄红绿蓝与杂色。身燃火焰电光霍霍闪，语表语调歌声嘀哩哩，意密咒语于教法恋恋不舍，业三界游女 萨ra ra，于高空蓝界中巡逻，如雷霆般降于不敬之敌上，于中尸陀林凶地中奔驰，为诛杀怨敌而享用荟供，于下海洋深处向上涌，诛杀破誓者而饮其血，四百零四种疾病之主，八十千鬼神绕于周围，夺取所有男子之精气，取走所有女子之光彩，巡视禅修瑜伽士之暖热，出入持咒者之会供处，无法忍受血肉气味。献上令您姐妹欢喜之残食供，遣除人主之非时死亡，将违缘、瘟疫、疾病转向敌人。 嗡 乌吉扎 巴利达 巴克萨 梭哈！ 如是残食供。于血食供上，勾招压制所有寿命之障碍，观想为甘露。于初始、中间与最终之劫，于极乐刹土与圣地雪域，无量光与莲花生之，护持续部之持明、修行者与伏藏师之寿，所有空行护法誓盟者，献上命心而敕令立誓时，莫断除修行之障碍，莫断除瑜伽士之寿命延长，莫断除违缘障碍。以此誓物庄严之食子，请享用，祈请忆念本誓，策励事业。特别是胜乐金刚教敕之护法神

Like thunderbolts descending upon disrespectful enemies. Running in the charnel grounds and dangerous places in between. Enjoying the gathering to slay hateful enemies. Surging upwards from the depths of the ocean below. Slaying those who break their vows and drinking their blood. Lords of all four hundred and four diseases. Surrounded by eighty thousand demons. Stealing the vital essence of all lustful men. Taking the radiance and splendor of all lustful women. Searching for the warmth of meditators and practitioners. Visiting the gathering places of all mantra holders. Unable to bear the smell of meat and blood. Offering the leftover offerings that please you sisters. Averting untimely death for the lord of beings. Turning obstacles, epidemics, and diseases towards enemies. Om Ucchista Balita Bhaksha Svaha! Thus, the leftover offering. On the red offering, hook and subdue all obstacles to life, and contemplate it as nectar. In the initial, intermediate, and final kalpas. In the realm of great bliss and the sacred land of Tibet. Of Amitabha and Padmasambhava. Protectors of the lineage, vidyadharas, practitioners, and treasure revealers' lives. All dakinis, dharma protectors, and oath-bound ones. When offering life essence and entrusting vows. May you never cease to clear obstacles to practice. May you never cease to prolong the life of yogis. May you never cease to clear away adverse conditions and obstacles. Please accept this torma adorned with samaya substances. After offering thus, wipe the Torma vessel with nectar and sprinkle it. Hrih! The assembly of Matri goddesses and steadfast ones bound by vows by Tsedwang Rigdzin Pema Thötreng, with beautiful and captivating ornaments and garments, each with hundreds of thousands of attendants, residing in all the border and central regions of Tibet, please come here and accept the offering of sacred substances and ablution water. Avert untimely death and fulfill all wishes and hopes. Please accomplish the task entrusted to the yogi. Om Mama Hring Hring Balingta Khahi Khahi. Offer in this way. Turn the Torma plate upside down. Hrih! All the deities of the Secret Assembly of Life, whose head ornaments and topknots sway gently, whose hand gestures and dance steps move swiftly, whose mantra sounds roar like thunder, suppress all obstacles, hindrances, lords of death, and demons under the great Mount Meru. The deities of life, together with the dance arena, dance in a circle to pacify obstacles, dance in a square to increase life and merit, dance in a crescent shape to increase life and power, dance in a triangle to avert life-threatening demons. May the enemies and obstacles that harm life never arise. Om Lam Hum Lam Svaha Lam Hrilam Alam Dzala Sambhaya Nan. Suppress in this way. By these vajra words, may auspiciousness be proclaimed: Hrih! As long as there is space, there is no death. May Padmasambhava be auspicious! Those who have attained the rainbow body vajra body, may the Vidyadharas be auspicious! Those who destroy untimely death, may the Secret Assembly Father and Mother be auspicious! The pure essence of aggregates, elements, and sense bases, may the deities of life be auspicious! Those who dispel the obstacles of practice, may the Dharma Protectors be auspicious! Scatter flowers in this way. This supplementary method for completing and expanding the ritual of the Secret Assembly for Longevity Practice was written by me, named Raga, on the tenth day of the intercalary month of the Dragon year, for the benefit of myself and others.
