ཨ་，愿我等一切有情，永不生于魔、夜叉、阎罗、罗刹、食肉鬼、鬼怪等非人之中。愿永不生于龙族、狮子、老虎、熊罴、狼、大象、马、水牛、牛、骆驼、驴、绵羊山羊、猪、鸟、狗、老鼠、毒蛇、鱼、虫等旁生之处。愿已生于非人和旁生之处的一切有情，亦能脱离彼等生处。愿我等一切有情，恒常生于善趣天界之中。愿永不生于八无暇处，恒常获得能够修持殊胜正法的殊胜天人身。愿恒常不间断地获得具足闲暇圆满的人身，并能忆念前世。愿生生世世皆能获得具足清净三学的出家之身。愿我等一切有情相续中，皆能毫不费力地生起了知一切轮回皆为痛苦之自性，并欲从中解脱的希求解脱之心。即便生而为人，亦能脱离缺乏资具、贫穷之痛苦。愿能脱离寒热、饥渴、种种疾病及种种魔祟之折磨。愿能脱离不吉祥、争斗、歉收、灾年以及水火等八大怖畏。愿能脱离苦苦等三种痛苦，以及怨亲不定等六种痛苦，以及生老病死等八种痛苦。愿能脱离轮回之因——十不善业、五无间罪以及一切根本和近支烦恼，以及由此所积之业的集谛之真谛。愿我等一切有情亦不生于非天世界，并能脱离非天争斗之痛苦。即便生于天界，亦能脱离死亡、堕落之痛苦。

Ah, may all sentient beings, including myself, never be born among non-humans such as demons, yakshas, yamas, rakshasas, flesh-eaters, and spirits. May we never be born in the places of animals such as dragons, lions, tigers, bears, wolves, elephants, horses, buffaloes, cows, camels, donkeys, sheep and goats, pigs, birds, dogs, rats, poisonous snakes, fish, and insects. May all sentient beings born in non-human and animal realms be liberated from those birthplaces. May all sentient beings, including myself, always be born in the happy realms of the heavens. May we never be born in the eight states of no leisure, and may we always obtain the special body of gods and humans that can practice the excellent Dharma. May we always obtain a pure human body with all the leisure and endowments without interruption, and may we remember our past lives. May we obtain only the body of a renunciate endowed with the pure three trainings in all our lifetimes. May the minds of all sentient beings, including myself, effortlessly generate the mind that seeks liberation, desiring to be liberated from all samsara, knowing that it is the nature of suffering. Even if born as humans, may we be liberated from the suffering of being impoverished and lacking resources. May we be liberated from the torment of heat and cold, hunger and thirst, various diseases, and various evil spirits. May we be liberated from the eight great fears of inauspiciousness, strife, famine, bad harvests, and fire and water. May we be liberated from the three sufferings, including the suffering of suffering, the six sufferings, including uncertain enemies and friends, and the eight sufferings, including birth, old age, sickness, and death. May we be liberated from the ten non-virtuous deeds, the five heinous crimes, all the root and branch afflictions, which are the cause of samsara, and the truth of the origin of karma accumulated by them. May all sentient beings, including myself, not be born in the world of asuras, and may we be liberated from the suffering of asura warfare. Even if born in the heavens, may we be liberated from the suffering of death and falling.

May we be liberated from all the sufferings of samsara, in which we count how many kinds of suffering there are in the three realms of samsara, and may we attain the peace of nirvana. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, continuously generate loving-kindness and great compassion towards all sentient beings in their minds. May we be motivated by compassion, and with the aim of benefiting ourselves and others, may we generate the mind of enlightenment with the desire to attain Buddhahood. Having generated the mind, may we be able to perfect the six paramitas of practice. By giving away Dharma and material objects to others, may we perfect the paramita of generosity. By means of the discipline of abstaining from misdeeds, the discipline of accumulating virtue, and the discipline of benefiting sentient beings, may we perfect the paramita of discipline. By not being angry at harm, accepting suffering, and generating certainty in the Dharma, may we perfect the paramita of patience. By means of joyful effort and constant effort, may we perfect the paramita of effort. By means of calm abiding focused on suchness and the extent of things, may we perfect the paramita of meditation. By knowing the nature of conventional and ultimate Dharma as it is, may we perfect the paramita of wisdom. By means of the four ways of gathering sentient beings: generosity, kind speech, beneficial action, and consistency, may we accomplish the benefit of sentient beings. Even if we ourselves experience suffering, may we be able to endure it, and may we never abandon the altruistic mind that desires to accomplish the benefit of all sentient beings. In countless realms, may we be like the protectors of the three families, who, with various forms of emanation, place all sentient beings of high and low status, and especially the beings of impure realms, on the path of maturation and liberation. May all the vast aspirations, such as those made by the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, be accomplished. May we in all lifetimes become the sacred tantric teachings of all the Buddhas.
