Even if one is an exhausted woman, in this life and future lives, or in all generations, one will obtain worldly achievements such as longevity, freedom from illness, and wealth, as well as all needs beyond the world, such as obtaining liberation. If there is a phrase like "by this supreme," then it should be added as "through this gateway." This praise was composed by the Bhikshuni Palmo when she saw the Holy One in the place of tree growth in Likari, and its blessings and benefits are very great. In general, it is said that praising and praying to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is of great benefit, and in particular, the activities of the Holy Three Protectors, and especially Avalokiteśvara and Manjushri, are even more extensive, which is established through scripture and reasoning. If one prays to these two, the benefits will be even greater. This is recorded in the Manjushri Root Tantra and the Ratnakuta Sutra, and there is a definite reason why their names are also in the Lama Chopa. It is said: The sunlight of the compassion of all the Sugatas shines equally on limitless beings, but there is no one comparable to Avalokiteśvara who gives special love to pitiful beings. Whenever one yearns with single-minded devotion and respect, clearly uttering the sound of praise, reciting and praying again and again, Avalokiteśvara will surely compassionately embrace them. Constantly playing in the depths of the ocean of the Buddha's teachings, the wings of scripture and reasoning flapping freely, skilled at uttering melodious words like the voice of Saraswati, the swan king named Chokyi Drakpa, for the commentary on this praise, should proceed from the path of poetry, and after being urged, the one named Shedrup, speaks in short and easy-to-understand words.
