Having attained the supreme state of Buddhahood and having accumulated many collections of merit and wisdom as its cause. Always being the source of temporary and ultimate happiness for all beings, and eliminating their birth, aging, and diseases. Completely eliminating the three sufferings of sentient beings: the suffering of suffering, the suffering of change, and the suffering of conditioned existence, that is, destroying them and placing them in conduct that realizes the emptiness of all phenomena like the sky, and well showing such conduct to others. Or going to the land of the Dakinis.

This is about showing the method. Among all sentient beings, he is the most excellent, he is the victor over the armies of Mara. Golden anklets, that is, the sound of the anklets moving, make his feet pleasing. Brahma refers to nirvana that does not abide here, and his abode is the four immeasurables such as loving-kindness, he achieves solitude through these four, and is pleasing by virtue of possessing them. According to the old interpretations, solitude is explained as stinginess or pleasing, just as in some examples solitude appears, meaning to meditate on the four abodes of Brahma, that is, to abide without distraction in these four. When he walks, he walks gracefully like a swan and beautifully like the proud steps of an elephant. This is just a symbol, and others such as the lion, elephant, bird, and the strength of the king of the herd, also symbolize walking to the right. He perfectly accumulates the two accumulations of merit and wisdom, and through the three trainings, he strives to engage in activities that bring the teachings of realization into the minds of those to be tamed. Regarding the phrase "liberating from the milk-water and the water-sea," some scholars say that the milk-sea refers to the lower, quieter nirvana, and the water-sea refers to samsara, thus liberating from both. Some say that milk-water refers to the milk that comes from the mother's breasts, and the water-sea refers to afflictions such as desire. Some consider the milk-sea to be like the Ganges River, known in the world as the Milk Ocean, and the water-sea to be the ordinary ocean. Whether it is a special ocean or an ordinary ocean, liberation from it symbolizes liberation from the eight great fears. Among these three views, since this text does not seem to be bound by poetic and metaphorical language, I think the last view is reasonable, but it still needs to be examined further. Secondly, any qualified person who, every day, always gets up early in the morning with great reverence and contemplates the special qualities of the body, speech, and mind of the noble Avalokiteśvara, especially the form of his body, and praises this supreme teaching purely and clearly, then that person, whether born here or there,
