ལག་ལེན་གསེར་མ། ལག་ལེན་གསེར་མ། བླ་མ་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བདེ་གཤེགས་བཀའ་ཡི་དགོངས་པ་མ་ལུས་པ། །འཕགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བསྡུ་བར་མཛད་པ་ཡིས། །སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པ་དང༌། །འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དོན་རྣམས་གྲུབ་པ་ཡིན། །དེ་བཞིན་བདག་གི་བླ་མ་རིན་ཆེན་གྱི། །ཐུགས་དགོངས་མཐའ་དག་དཔོག་པར་མི་ནུས་ཀྱང༌། །ཞལ་ནས་གསུངས་པའི་ཆོས་རྣམས་ཐོས་ཚད་ཀྱི། །འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་དཀར་ཆག་འབྲི་བར་བྱ། །བླ་མ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མི་ཉག་ཡུལ་དུ་བྱོན་ནས། དང་པོ་གོ་རའི་དགོན་དུ་དགེ་འདུན་ཉིས་བརྒྱ་ལྷག་ཙམ་ལ་སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་གསུངས། དུས་རེ་ཞིག་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་སྟོབས་ཀྱི་རྟོགས་པ་བརྗོད་པའི་ཚོགས་ཆོས། བསོད་ནམས་བསགས་ན་བདེ་བ་འཐོབ་ཅེས་གསུངས། ཡང་དགེ་འདུན་འཚོགས་པ་ལ་མགོན་པོ་བྱམས་པའི་ཆོས། དགའ་དང་དར་བར་སྐྱེ་བ་དང༌། ཞེས་གསུངས། ཡང་བླ་མ་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་འབའ་རོམ་པའི་ཚོགས་ཆོས་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཞུ་སྒོ་གསུངས། ཡང་དྭགས་པོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་གདམས་ངག་གསེར་གྱི་ཡང་ཁོལ་གསུངས། ཡང་དུས་སྐབས་ཤིག་ན་རྗེ་སྒམ་པོ་པ་ནས་བླ་མ་སངས་རྒྱས་སྒོམ་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པའི་ཚོགས་ཆོས་རྣམས་ཚེ་ལ་ལོང་མེད་ཡུན་རིང་མི་སྡོད་འཆི་བར་ངེས་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གསུངས། ཡང་དྲོ་གཏོར་ཆ་བཅུ་གསུངས། ཡང་ན་རག་གཏོར་ཆ་བཅུ་གསུངས། ཡང་དྲང་སྲོང་གཏོར་མ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་མཛད། ཡང་རྗེ་དྭགས་པོ་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་སྒོམ་པས་གསུངས་པའི་བཀའ་གདམས་གྱི་ཚོགས་ཆོས་ཡུན་རིང་མི་སྡོད་འཆི་བར་ངེས། །ཞེས་པ་དང༌། རྗེ་བཙུན་མི་ལའི་གསུང་སྒྲོས་བླ་མ་འབའ་རོམ་པས་གསུངས་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་འདྲའི་གདམས་ངག་གསུངས། ཡང་དུས་རེ་ཞིག་བླ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བཞེད་གཞུང་སློབ་དཔོན་ཀླུ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ནས་སེམས་ཟིན་ན་འོད་གསལ་འཆར་ཞེས་གསུངས། ཡང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་དཔོན་སློབ་ཆོས་དང་གསུམ་འཛོམས་ན་ཡོན་ཏན་སྐྱེ་བ་དང༌། སྤྱིར་ཆོས་བྱེད་པ་ལ་གོལ་ས་ཆོད་པའི་བླ་མ་དགོས་གསུངས། ཡང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཤེས་པ་སྐད་ཅིག་ལ་སྐྱོན་དང་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་འབྱུང་ལུགས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་གསུངས། འཆི་ཀ་མའི་དུས་ཀྱི་མཚམས་སྦྱོར། ཡང་འབྲི་གུང་པའི་ཆོས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་གཞལ་བྱ་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱ་བ་གསུངས། ཡང་རྗེ་སྒམ་པོ་པའི་ཞལ་གདམས་སངས་རྒྱས་སྒོམ་པ་ནས་གསུངས་པའི་མ་རིག་མུན་པ་སེལ་དགོས། །ཞེས་པའི་ཆོས་གསུངས། ཡང་སྐབས་ཞིག་ན་དབང

实修金鬘 实修金鬘 顶礼上师善逝们！ 善逝之语之意无遗余， 圣者们集结之故， 令佛陀教法兴盛广大， 众生之义皆得成办。 如是我的上师仁波切， 虽不能测度其所有心意， 然凡从其口中所说之法， 为利有情故，撰写目录。 上师仁波切前往米娘地区，首先在果拉寺对两百多僧众宣讲皈依、发心。 一时之间，宣讲圆满正等觉所说之福德力之证悟的会供法。说积累福德能获得安乐。 又对僧众集会宣讲弥勒怙主的法，说欢喜和兴盛中出生等。 又上师仁波切宣讲拔绒派的会供法，三乘的请问。 又宣讲达波仁波切的窍诀，黄金精炼。 又一时，从冈波巴尊者到上师桑结贡巴等所说的会供法，说生命无暇，不能久住，必定死亡等。 又宣讲朵托十份。 或者宣讲那ra托十份。 又做了一百零八位医师食子。 又从达波尊者到桑结贡巴所说的噶当派的会供法，不能久住，必定死亡。 以及，至尊米拉日巴的语录，上师拔绒巴所说的大手印如意宝般的窍诀。 又一时，上师们的见解，阿阇黎龙树的口中说，若能摄持心，则光明显现。 又仁波切亲自说，若具足施主、导师、法三者，则功德生起。总的来说，修法需要断除歧途的上师。 又仁波切亲自宣讲了刹那间智慧产生过失和功德之理的法，临终时的连接。 又宣讲直贡派的法，大手印，可衡量之义的大手印。 又冈波巴尊者的口诀，从桑结贡巴所说的，必须遣除无明黑暗的法。 又一次，灌

Practical Golden Garland Practical Golden Garland I prostrate to the Lamas, the Sugatas! Because the Sugata's words and meanings are completely gathered By the noble ones, The Buddha's teachings flourish and expand, And the aims of beings are accomplished. Likewise, although I cannot fathom All the intentions of my precious Lama, I will write a catalog for the benefit of beings Of all the teachings spoken from his mouth that I have heard. The precious Lama went to the Minyak region. First, in the Gora monastery, he spoke on refuge and bodhicitta to over two hundred monks. At one time, he spoke on the assembly feast that expresses the realization of the power of merit spoken by the perfectly complete Buddha. He said that accumulating merit obtains happiness. Again, to the assembled monks, he spoke on the Dharma of Maitreya, the Protector, saying, "Born in joy and prosperity," and so on. Again, the precious Lama spoke on the Barompa's assembly feast, the inquiries of the three vehicles. Again, he spoke on the Dakpo Rinpoche's instructions, the essence of refined gold. Again, at one time, he spoke on the assembly feasts spoken by Jey Gampopa to Lama Sangye Gompa and others, saying, "Life has no time, one cannot stay long, death is certain," and so on. Again, he spoke on the ten parts of the morning offering. Or he spoke on the ten parts of the Nara offering. Again, he made one hundred and eight doctor tormas. Again, from Jey Dakpo to Sangye Gompa, he spoke on the Kadampa's assembly feast, "One cannot stay long, death is certain." And, the sayings of Jetsun Mila, the instructions like a wish-fulfilling jewel of the Great Seal spoken by Lama Barompa. Again, at one time, the views of the Lamas, from the mouth of Acharya Nagarjuna, he said, "If the mind is grasped, then clear light arises." Again, Rinpoche himself said, "If the three, patron, teacher, and Dharma, are complete, then qualities arise." In general, practicing Dharma requires a Lama who cuts off wrong paths. Again, Rinpoche himself spoke on the Dharma of how faults and qualities arise in an instant of consciousness, the connection at the time of death. Again, he spoke on the Drigungpa's Dharma, the Great Seal, the Great Seal of measurable meaning.
