Thinking it is. All who always have compassion, Like seeing an object in the palm of your hand, Look at the sons taught by the father. Kyé ho! All fortunate yogis, Ema! Spontaneously co-emergent. That is self-awareness, Because it is not an object of speech. The blessed lineage of Tilopa, Kyé ho! Those filled with compassion, Like the devotion of Naropa. I call out to those who have these. Whatever the wonderful sacred Dharma is, Of one's own body, speech, and mind, Appearances and emptiness, existence and non-existence, etc., Whatever appears, all of it, There is nothing that is not oneself. Do not think it is something else. How one dwells, just dwell like that, This boundless awareness, Is not Mahamudra, There is no other separate Dharma. Clinging to body, speech, and mind, What awareness is there? Even if you think there is, it is not. The body without a body is emptiness. One's own mind is the precious Dharmakaya, Keep it in your heart, never separated. The intimate one you don't recognize, The inconceivable, uncommon one, Now seeing you is such joy. There is no one more intimate than you. Though always together, not recognized, Now become inseparable, one. The joy that arises from seeing you, Is like the bliss of the assembled Vajradhara, Like one-sixteenth of the bliss, Joy and happiness are continuous. Like the arising of great bliss, Unseen from beginningless time, Now seeing you is so amazing. The true meaning is, One's own mind is the Dharmakaya. Do not fabricate, rest, fortunate ones. If you make one Dharma the true meaning, If someone asks what to do, Know death and impermanence, Generate renunciation for all of samsara, Value the law of cause and effect, As the root of the Great Vehicle, Train the mind in Bodhicitta, For the path of maturation and liberation, The key points of generation and completion stages are not mistaken, Practice properly and truly. If alone in an empty mountain, Dwelling, what kind of confidence Should one have? If you ask, That is having discipline without concealment, And not deviating from the key points of the instructions, And having the confidence of realization. In general, it is being without self-grasping. When sickness and suffering arise, How to pacify the pain? Sickness and suffering are one's own mind, Friend

There is no need to meditate elsewhere. The very torment of suffering is the Great Seal. It is destroyed by seeing it nakedly. When the mass of afflictions is stirred, When asked for the antidote to it, Although it has been explained in detail above, The particularly excellent explanation is: When seeing unpleasant objects, That nakedly arising desire, Should be experienced as bliss. Remembering objects and paying attention, That very remembrance should be meditated on as bliss. Whatever thought of desire arises, That itself is great bliss. If leakage turns into a painful thorn, Since two thoughts cannot enter simultaneously, Whatever is experienced, that itself it is. That itself should be experienced as bliss. When seeing unpleasant sentient beings, If anger suddenly arises, How should loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhicitta be meditated on? When seeing the unpleasant nakedly, Look at them nakedly as a loving mother. When anger arises intensely, That itself is emptiness, The taste of emptiness is great bliss. The union of bliss and emptiness should be meditated on. Experiencing one's own mind as bliss, Is meditating on loving-kindness towards objects. How should compassion be meditated on? Unpleasant sentient beings tormented By afflictions such as anger, They suffer in this way, It is because of not realizing one's own mind. Without recognizing that afflictions such as anger Are empty, Think, "How pitiful!" and meditate in this way. However compassion may arise, The objects of arising compassion, There is not a single one that is not one's own mind. In the mind itself, the Great Seal, Although there is no object for the arising of compassion, Towards suffering sentient beings, Compassion arises naturally and forcefully. Even a tiny bit of otherness, Does not arise for even a moment. Likewise, in the Sutra of the Gathering of the Noble Ones: "Bodhicitta is at the time of what kind of wisdom, thinking of non-arising and acting in this way, generating great compassion and having no thought of sentient beings, this is the supreme mind practice of the Perfection of Wisdom." Thus it is said. If it is not like that, but is other, The object is suffering sentient beings, The object of arising compassion and, The clear manifestation of compassion, and The meditator of compassion, are designated as three. It is the result of conditioned samsara. Or, the sutra also says the same: "If sentient beings suffer
