被给予，以河流为例，无差别地介绍先后；以安住于修行为例，如同虚空；以亲近安住为例，如同如意宝；以修行的支分为例，如同国王的印玺；以具有力量为例，如同空行母的诅咒真言。这是将见、修、行、果四者付诸实践。无有经验的证悟，无有偏颇的禅修，超越思维的行为，无有希冀和恐惧的果实。将显现执为心，将虚空执为心，将普贤执为父，将普贤母执为母，将一切法摄集于自心。此名为心之五钉，或称口诀金钥。轮回、闲暇、无常、因果当思维，受用无常，当取精华，此生无常，当舍弃邪见，莫作懈怠禅修，当精进修习。是喇嘛仁波切帝释日巴所说。 四难之教诲。

Was given, with the example of a river, introduced the before and after without distinction; with the example of abiding in practice, like the sky; with the example of closely abiding, like a wish-fulfilling jewel; with the example of a limb of practice, like the seal of a great king; with the example of having power, like the curse mantra of a dakini. This is to put the four, view, meditation, conduct, and result, into practice. Realization without experience, meditation without bias, conduct beyond thought, fruit without hope and fear. Holding appearance as mind, holding space as mind, holding Samantabhadra as father, holding Samantabhadri as mother, gathering all dharmas into one's own mind. This is called the Five Nails of Mind, or the Golden Key of Instructions. Samsara, leisure, impermanence, cause and effect, contemplate. Enjoyment is impermanent, take the essence.
