After meditating, maintain a natural state of illusory bag that is not suppressing the upper air. Slightly tighten the lower door, and visualize "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) and consciousness rising to the top of the twenty-seven vertebrae. Similarly, from each air bag, visualize a straight ray of light emanating from the heart of the Yidam deity on the crown, piercing the air and consciousness of the Brahma hole, and the light cord carries "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) and consciousness like a rope, dissolving into the heart of the Yidam deity. Meditate for a long time in one breath cycle. Again, visualize from the heart of the Yidam deity, "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) and consciousness descending like a rope along the end of the lower cord, reaching the Brahma hole. Similarly, by placing it upwards, quickly reach the confluence of the three channels below the navel, the lower cord becomes invisible, and the Brahma hole is sealed with "Haṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 哈). The Yidam on the crown goes to Akanishta, and meditate on the consciousness on "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) for a moment. It is said that practice Mahamudra and experience it. Regarding the practice of Bardo: In a place where the environment is comfortable and high, east or west, where there is a skylight or star hole. In the morning, facing east, hang a mirror directly in front of the star hole where the sunlight shines, and look at your face appearing in it, thinking: This is what appears to be my dead body. In the afternoon, also face west and practice in the same way. Visualize the body clearly appearing as the Yidam deity, practice Mahamudra and experience it. Now, this is the path of spontaneously accomplished Mahamudra. That is, generating Bodhicitta, practicing the Guru and generating devotion, practicing the Yidam is the same as before, but the reality of the nature of one's own mind is the spontaneously accomplished Mahamudra. It is said that practice Mahamudra and do not give any other things a chance. Once you realize that your own mind is Buddha, there is nothing else that is not Mahamudra. Generating Bodhicitta, practicing the Guru and the Yidam deity, all conditioned things are not things other than the mind. It is said that the mind is Mahamudra. It is said to dedicate the merit. Completed. The sequence of instructions on the Seven Supreme Meanings by Ti Shri Repa ends. The sequence of instructions on the Seven Supreme Meanings.
