The aggregates associated with painful feeling, with a mind associated with pleasant feeling, one discerns as impermanent, as suffering, as non-self. Taking the aggregates associated with painful feeling as object, aggregates associated with pleasant feeling arise. (2) A phenomenon associated with painful feeling is a condition by way of object-condition for a phenomenon associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling. Noble Ones, with a mind associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, review defilements associated with painful feeling that have been abandoned, review defilements that have been suppressed, know defilements accumulated in the past. By means of the knowledge of penetrating others' minds, they know the mind of one endowed with a mind associated with painful feeling. The aggregates associated with painful feeling are a condition by way of object-condition for the knowledge of penetrating others' minds, for the knowledge of recollecting past lives, for the knowledge of knowing beings' destinies according to their karma, for the knowledge of future events, for advertence. The base of infinite space is a condition for the base of infinite consciousness by way of object condition. The base of nothingness is a condition for the base of neither perception nor non-perception by way of object condition. Aggregates associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling are a condition for advertence for the knowledge of psychic powers, for the knowledge of others' minds, for the knowledge of recollection of past lives, for the knowledge of passing away and reappearing according to kamma, for the knowledge of future events by way of object condition. Co-arisen dominance – dominance associated with pleasant feeling is a condition for associated aggregates by way of dominance condition.
