Monks, when a bhikkhu looks on with equanimity at that mind thus concentrated— the equanimity factor of enlightenment is aroused for that bhikkhu at that time, he develops the equanimity factor of enlightenment at that time, the equanimity factor of enlightenment reaches full development for that bhikkhu at that time.
