༔ ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ནས་སྐུ་བཞེངས་ལ། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་སྐུ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་། །ཡང་སྤྲུལ་ཐུབ་དྲུག་སྒོ་མ་བཞི། །འགྲོ་དྲུག་སེམས་ཅན་ཐུགས་རྗེས་གཟིགས། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདི་ལ་བྱིན་ཕོབ་ཅིག །བདག་གི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱང་དུ་གསོལ། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དབུས་སུ་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ། །(༢བ)ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཧཱུཾ། མཆོད་གཏོར་བརླབ་པ་ནི། །ཨཱོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿསྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ ྅ཧཾ། ཐམས་ཅད་སྟོང་པར་དག་པར་སྦྱངས།ཨཱོཾ་ཨ་ཧ་ར་སརྦ་བིདྷ་ར་པཱུ་ཛ་ཏེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷཱུ་པེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་གནྡྷེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ནཻ་ཝི་དྱེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཤཔྟ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།དངོས་གཞི་ནི། རྡོ་རྗེའི་ར་བ་མེ་དཔུང་གུར་ནང་དུ། །བྷྲཱུཾ་ལས་རིན་ཅེན་སྣ་ལྔའི་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་། །གྲུ་བཞི་སྒོ་བཞི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཀུན་ལྡན་དབུས། །རང་ཉིད་སྐད་ཅིག་དྲན་པའི་ཏིང་འཛིན་གྱི། །སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་པདྨ་ཟླ་བའི་གདན། །པད་དཀར་ཧྲཱིཿས་མཚན་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས། །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་མངའ་བདག་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཞལ་གཅིག་ 44-6-145 ཕྱག་བཞི་སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར་ལ་འཚེར། །དང་པོའི་ཕྱག་གཉིས་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར། །ཕྱག་གཡས་འོག་མ་རིན་ཅེན་ཤེལ་འཕྲེང་བསྣམས། །ཕྱག་གཡོན་པད་དཀར་འདབ་བརྒྱད་ཡུབ་འཛིན། །ཞལ་འཛུམ་སྤྱན་དངས་ཤངས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་མཐོ་ཞིང་། །དབུ་སྐྲ་ལྕང་ལོ་མཐོན་མཐིང་གྱེན་དུ་འཁྱིལ། །སྤྱི་གཙུག་སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་བཞུགས། །འདབ་མ་དྲུག་ལ་ཐུབ་པ་རིགས་དྲུག་དང་། །སྒོ་མ་བཞི་སོགས་མ་ལུས་གསལ་བར་གྱུར། །སྤྱན་འདྲེན་ནི། ཧྲཱི༔ ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །སྲས་མཆོག་རིགས་འཛིན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་། །སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་ཐུབ་པ་དྲུག །ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷ་མོ་སྒོ་མ་བཞི། །འགྲོ་དྲུག་སེམས་ཅན་དོན་མཛད་ཕྱིར། །གནས་འདིར་སྤྱན་འདྲེན་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ། །ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿཛཿཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོ༔ ས་མ་ཡ་ཏིཥྛ་ལྷན་གྱིས་གདན་དབུལ། ཨ་ཏི་པུ་ཧོ༔ པྲ་ཏཱི་ཙྪ་ཧོཿས་ཕྱག་བྱ། །ཧྲཱི༔ དྲི་མེད་ཡིད་འོང་གཙང་མར་སྦྱར་བ་ཡི། །ཨརྒྷཾ་བདུག་སྤོས་མེ་ཏོག་མར་མེ་དང་། །དྲི་ཆབ་ཞལ་ཟས་སྙན་པའི་རོལ་མོ་དབུལ། །(༣ན) གཟུགས་སྒྲ་དྲི་རོ་རེག་བྱ་ཆོས་ལ་སོགས། །འདོད་ཡོན་ལྔ་ཡི་མཆོད་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་འབུལ། །བཞེས་ནས་འགྲོ་དྲུག་སྡུག་བསྔལ་སྦྱང་དུ་གསོལ། །ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨརྒྷཾ། དྷཱུ་པེ། པུཥྤེ། ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ །གནྡྷེ། ནཻ་ཝི་དྱེེ། ཤཔྟ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། མ་ཧཱ་སརྦ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ༔ ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་དུ་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིནྟ་ཁཱ་ཧི།བསྟོད་པ་ནི། ཧྲཱི༔ ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །འགྲོ་བ་སྒྲོལ་མཛད་སྟོབས་ཆེ

从法界中显现身形， 圆满报身观世音。 慈悲化身莲花生， 以及化身六能仁和四门母。 以慈悲之眼垂视六道众生。 祈请加持此坛城。 祈求净化我的罪障。 祈请安住于坛城中央。 (2b) ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཧཱུཾ (藏文，身语意吽，kāya vāka citta hūṃ，身语意吽)。 加持供品朵玛： ཨཱོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿསྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ ྅ཧཾ (藏文，嗡 梭巴瓦 修达 萨瓦 达玛 梭巴瓦 修多 杭，oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ，嗡，自性清净，一切法，自性清净 我)。 将一切净化为空性。 ཨཱོཾ་ཨ་ཧ་ར་སརྦ་བིདྷ་ར་པཱུ་ཛ་ཏེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ (藏文，嗡 阿哈ra 萨瓦 维达ra 布杂 德 阿 吽，oṃ ahara sarva vidhara pūjate āḥ hūṃ，嗡，带来一切，摧毁者，供养，阿，吽)。 ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷཱུ་པེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ (藏文，嗡 班杂 杜贝 阿 吽，oṃ vajra dhūpe āḥ hūṃ，嗡，金刚 香 阿 吽)。 ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ (藏文，嗡 班杂 布贝 阿 吽，oṃ vajra puṣpe āḥ hūṃ，嗡，金刚 花 阿 吽)。 ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ (藏文，嗡 班杂 阿洛给 阿 吽，oṃ vajra āloke āḥ hūṃ，嗡，金刚 光 阿 吽)。 ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་གནྡྷེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ (藏文，嗡 班杂 根dei 阿 吽，oṃ vajra gandhe āḥ hūṃ，嗡，金刚 香 阿 吽)。 ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ནཻ་ཝི་དྱེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ (藏文，嗡 班杂 奈 维dei 阿 吽，oṃ vajra naivedye āḥ hūṃ，嗡，金刚 食子 阿 吽)。 ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཤཔྟ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ (藏文，嗡 班杂 夏 布达 阿 吽，oṃ vajra śapta āḥ hūṃ，嗡，金刚 声 阿 吽)。 ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ (藏文，嗡 阿 吽，oṃ āḥ hūṃ，嗡 阿 吽)。 正行： 于金刚栅栏、火焰帐篷之中， 从བྷྲཱུཾ (藏文种子字) 中生出五宝所成的宫殿。 四方四门，具足一切特征的中央， 自身于刹那间忆念的定境中， 空性之中，莲花月轮的座垫上， 由白莲和 ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文种子字) 字完全转变而成。 慈悲之主，圣观世音， 一面四臂，身色洁白而闪耀。 最初的两只手于胸前合掌， 右下方的手持珍贵的宝珠念珠， 左手持八瓣白莲。 面带微笑，双眼明亮，鼻梁高挺， 头发呈蓝黑色，向上卷曲。 顶髻之上安住着无量光佛（Amitabha）。 六瓣莲花上显现六能仁， 以及四门母等，无余显现。 迎请： ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文种子字)！大慈大悲观世音， 殊胜之子，持明莲花生， 化身世尊六能仁， 智慧空行母四门母。 为利六道诸有情， 祈请降临此地。 ლოཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿཛཿཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོ (藏文，lokéshvara samaya jaḥ jaḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ，观自在 誓言 乍 乍 乍 吽 榜 吼)。 ས་མ་ཡ་ཏིཥྛ་(藏文，samaya tiṣṭha，誓言 安住) 立即献座。 ཨ་ཏི་པུ་ཧོ (藏文，ati pu ho，非常 好)！ པྲ་ཏཱི་ཙྪ་ཧོཿ (藏文，pratīccha hoḥ，接受 吼) 以手印敬礼。 ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文种子字)！以无垢、悦意、清净调和的， 香水、熏香、鲜花、明灯， 以及香水、食物、美妙的音乐供养。 (3a) 色、声、香、味、触、法等， 献上广大五妙欲供品。 祈请享用，并净化六道众生的痛苦。 ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨརྒྷཾ། དྷཱུ་པེ། པུཥྤེ། ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ །གནྡྷེ། ནཻ་ཝི་དྱེེ། ཤཔྟ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ (藏文，嗡 班杂 阿刚 杜贝 布贝 阿洛给 根dei 奈 维dei 夏 布达 阿 吽，oṃ vajra arghaṃ dhūpe puṣpe āloke gandhe naivedye śapta āḥ hūṃ，嗡 金刚 供水 香 花 光 香 食子 声音 阿 吽)。 མ་ཧཱ་སརྦ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ (藏文，maha sarva puja ho，大 萨瓦 布杂 吼)！ 祈请大悲观世音诸尊享用 མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིནྟ་ཁཱ་ཧི (藏文，maha balinta khahi，大 食子 吃)。 赞颂： ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文种子字)！大慈大悲观世音， 救度众生，具大威力。

From the realm of Dharma, you manifest your form, The perfect Sambhogakaya, Avalokiteśvara. The compassionate Nirmanakaya, Padmasambhava, And the emanations, the six Thubpas and four gatekeepers. With compassionate eyes, you gaze upon the six realms of beings. Please bestow your blessings upon this mandala. I pray for the purification of my sins and obscurations. I pray for you to reside in the center of the mandala. (2b) Kāya vāka citta hūṃ (Tibetan, Body Speech Mind Hum, kāya vāka citta hūṃ, Body Speech Mind Hum). Blessing the offering torma: Oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ (Tibetan, Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho Ham, oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ, Om, purity of nature, all dharmas, purity of nature I). Purify everything into emptiness. Oṃ ahara sarva vidhara pūjate āḥ hūṃ (Tibetan, Om Ahara Sarva Vidhara Pujate Ah Hum, oṃ ahara sarva vidhara pūjate āḥ hūṃ, Om, bring everything, destroyer, offering, Ah, Hum). Main Practice: Within the vajra fence and the tent of flames, From Bhrūṃ (Tibetan seed syllable) arises a palace made of five precious jewels. Square with four doors, in the center possessing all qualities, Myself, in the samadhi of instantaneous recollection, Within emptiness, upon a lotus and moon cushion, Completely transformed from a white lotus and the syllable Hrīḥ (Tibetan seed syllable). The lord of compassion, the noble Avalokiteśvara, One face and four arms, the color of his body is white and radiant. The first two hands are joined in prayer at the heart, The lower right hand holds a precious crystal rosary, The left hand holds an eight-petaled white lotus. A smiling face, clear eyes, a high and prominent nose, Hair is bluish-black, swirling upwards. Upon the crown of his head resides the Buddha Amitabha. On the six petals appear the six Thubpas, And the four gatekeepers, all appearing clearly. Invocation: Hrīḥ (Tibetan seed syllable)! Great compassionate Avalokiteśvara, Supreme son, vidyadhara Padmasambhava, Emanation, the Blessed One, the six Thubpas, Wisdom dakinis, the four gatekeepers. For the benefit of beings in the six realms, I invite you to come to this place. Lokéshvara samaya jaḥ jaḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ (Tibetan, Lokéshvara samaya jah jah jah hum bam hoh, Lord of the World, Vow, Jaḥ Jaḥ Jaḥ, Hum Bam Hoh). Samaya tiṣṭha (Tibetan, Samaya Tishtha, Vow Remain) Immediately offer the seat. Ati pu ho (Tibetan, Ati Pu Ho, Very Good)! Pratīccha hoḥ (Tibetan, Pratīccha Hoh, Receive Hoh) Salute with mudras. Hrīḥ (Tibetan seed syllable)! With immaculate, pleasing, and pure mixture, Scented water, incense, flowers, lamps, And scented water, food, and beautiful music are offered. (3a) Forms, sounds, scents, tastes, touches, and dharmas, I offer a vast array of the five desirable qualities. Please accept them and purify the suffering of beings in the six realms. Oṃ vajra arghaṃ dhūpe puṣpe āloke gandhe naivedye śapta āḥ hūṃ (Tibetan, Om Vajra Argham Dhupe Pushpe Aloke Gandhe Naivedye Shapta Ah Hum, oṃ vajra arghaṃ dhūpe puṣpe āloke gandhe naivedye śapta āḥ hūṃ, Om Vajra Water Incense Flower Light Scent Food Sound Ah Hum). Mahā sarva pūja ho (Tibetan, Maha Sarva Puja Ho, Great All Offering Ho)! I pray that the deities of great compassion Avalokiteśvara enjoy the mahā balinta khāhi (Tibetan, maha balinta khahi, great offering eat). Praise: Hrīḥ (Tibetan seed syllable)!
