It seemed to be filled with gatherings. Praying to it without conceptualization, there was no obstruction to walls, and it was possible to traverse hundreds of measures in an instant. Later, the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra was fulfilled. The fourth is Dhūmapa. In the local language, he is called Eastern Rara. In Sanskrit, he was born in the land of Radha. His caste was the son of a merchant. After ordaining in a certain residence, he received empowerment from a Avalokiteśvara yogi and practiced. When he saw the teacher Action Vajra and his retinue traveling on the road, he developed faith and followed behind. Once, when he went to prostrate at the feet of the teacher, the teacher said, "Have you practiced Avalokiteśvara?" He replied, "I have." The teacher said, "Then do you want to see his face?" He replied, "I do." The teacher said, "Then look here," and pointed with his finger. When he looked, he saw five noble deities shining in the sky. He was so happy that he danced. For many days, he remained in a single session of samadhi. When he awoke from that samadhi, it is said that he attained the siddhi of swift feet. This one also served as a servant to the great teacher, playing the drum pataha and performing many blowing and playing activities. Therefore, based on the sound of the music, he became known as Dhūmapa. It is also said that he attained supreme accomplishment by practicing the yoga of Vajra Nairatmya. In any case, it is said that he attained accomplishment by relying on the Hevajra Tantra. From the time when the great teacher subdued King Govo Candra, Dhama and Dhuma served as close attendants and servants for many years. Once, in a small place near Oddiyana (Uḍḍiyāna, modern Swat Valley region of Pakistan), there was a king with wrong views who believed that there were no past or future lives. When the two of them went to the king, he said, "Since there are no past or future lives, it is wrong for you yogis to practice." The two teachers said, "There is a past life. When you, King, were born as an outcaste in a previous life, because there was no heir, you hid all the gold in this place with this mark on this mountain. Dig it up, and you will remember that past life." The king did as they said, and he remembered his past life. The king was converted to the Dharma. First, poisonous snakes, wild animals, thieves, and other malicious beings became stiff and controlled.

It is to become one who has views such as conduct. Then later in Bengal, when the great teacher subdued King Rolapa Moon, both Dhama and Dhuma became rainbow bodies. That was not just ordinary, but the attainment of excellence. Later, when the great teacher passed away, the two of them appeared and sang songs of sorrow. Afterwards, they also dispelled the sorrow of the yogis. They taught many fortunate ones, and many were liberated in their lineage. People saw them for several years. The fifth, Bhadrapa, was the most excellent of all the disciples. When the teacher Krishnacharya went to the land of Kalinga, a young prince of that land named Bhadra had great faith in the teacher and his retinue. He accompanied one of the teacher's disciples and followed him. He boarded a ship and went to Sangala with many yogis. That young man already knew all the fields of knowledge. He prostrated at the feet of the teacher and asked to be accepted as a disciple. The teacher knew that he was fortunate, so he initiated him and then instructed him. He became wise just by receiving the initiation, but he mostly stayed with the lama. He practiced austerities by relying on the lama and spent a long time. Once, while walking on the road, many heretical yogis said, "If you are a disciple of the teacher Caryapa, do you have any power?" He said in a joking manner, "I have a little." Then they struck him hundreds and thousands of times with stones, sticks, hammers, and so on, turning his body into something like a pile of silk cotton. When various weapons such as knives were used to strike him, sparks flew as if they had hit a hard stone. After an hour or two like that, he also called it blue berry. He held a jasmine tree in his hand and struck those people with it, and they all fell to the ground like corpses, as if they were dead. After a day, the others prayed and revived them. Although wisdom arose immediately after receiving the initiation at first, no one knew that he had gained power until he showed such signs. Therefore, he was called Guhyapa, the secret one. Its meaning is the hidden yogi. Then

Not long after, the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra would fall into decline. However, for the time being, while the lama was still alive, he did not reveal any extraordinary miracles that were not visible to others. After the teacher practitioner passed away, the disciples built a stupa and a temple in that place. Their actions were also like those of ordinary people. Then, in order to find the evil Dakini who was interrupting the lama's life, he set out to search for her. He searched all the other great places and cemeteries with his magical powers, but he could not find her. Then, through clairvoyance, he investigated for a long time and saw that she was in the place of Devi Kota, hiding in the hollow of a tree called Simili, transforming into various bodies such as worms. Then, with the sword of manifestation from Samadhi, he split the tree and grabbed the Dakini by her hair knot. He chopped the outer form of the woman's body into pieces with his sword and offered it to the Vajra Dakinis to eat. He burned the basis of manifestation, the demon goddess, with the fire of wisdom manifestation and completely destroyed her. Then he sang the Vajra song and, after making a special declaration, temporarily disappeared. After a few years, he went to the land of Jata Sangata. There was a heretical king named Arjuna Datta. He heard that an excellent disciple of the practitioner had arrived. From a distance, he could only see a chaotic mixture of sounds, lights, earthquakes, dust, and burning flames. As he approached, a yogi emerged from within. The king was amazed. Although the heretical priests who were his objects of worship tried to stop him, he did not listen. He went outside the palace and prostrated at the feet of the teacher Guhyapa. He made offerings for a long time. Once, he went to a worldly temple to perform a Ganachakra, carrying the Ganachakra offerings. He closed the door and did not let anyone in. Once, a crack appeared in the door. The king saw Vajrasattva manifesting as the thirty-seven deities. There, the king requested to build a temple similar to what he had seen. The teacher said that such a sight should not be seen by those without merit, and that if they were to build something similar, it would be better to build a body free from attachment. The main

The Blessed One, the Tathagata Shakyamuni, built a temple called Buddha-sthāpana, meaning the abode of the Buddha. Because all the other temples in that area belonged to heretics, it was named the abode of the Buddha. The remains of this temple still exist today. Once again, in a place called Turuṣkamaṇa in the land of Kashmir, a king who had converted to heresy launched a war, and all the people on the border of Kashmir fled. The king and his entourage fought hard, but it was difficult to win. This master was living nearby, and people prayed to him. He blessed a deer horn with mantras and gave it to the king. When the two sides were at war, the master said, "Blow this horn together with the musical instruments." They did as they were told, and as a result, many heretical soldiers fainted or were poisoned, most of them became deaf, and all the horses ran away uncontrollably. The heretical army was thus completely annihilated. The army of the King of Kashmir occupied that place and elevated the status of Buddhism. It is said that the King of Kashmir at that time was Harṣadeva. A very foolish, dull-witted son of a minister named Dhulwa took the horn and blew it a few times, and instantly became proficient in all languages and scriptures, and was named Svayambhuraja. Later, most of the reading, writing, and grammar in the land of Kashmir was attributed to him. He seemed to have become a very eloquent person. Furthermore, it is said that this master blessed about a hundred mute people in that area, making them intelligent. On another occasion, he was staying in the place of glorious Oddiyana. At that time, in a northern region near Oddiyana, a new and unprecedented lake appeared. A dragon with a canopy caused harm to the people of Oddiyana and hated the Dharma. He incited the people, causing the robbers of Makhapa to come and harass them repeatedly. This master thought that he should subdue him, so he stayed near the lake with some attendants. There, no matter how much lightning and hail fell, it could not harm the master and his attendants. Instead, the master caught them with his hands and ate them. An unbearable torrential rain fell, and the hail piled up to a height of twenty cubits. He and his attendants were like that.
